I was planning to go to another carniceria in Montebello to pick up some asada for the 4th but thought hey might as well look for something in this city. I gave my bf two choices and he ended up picking this spot.I'm always on the hunt for good, tender, well seasoned (but not salty) and lean carne asada. It's hard finding a spot, I hate tough meat. We took a chance here and let me tell you their asada is hella tender! Even my bf who is picky af with his asada ate 6 pieces in one sitting. Their asada is perfectly seasoned, pull apart tender, lean and super juicy. At $17.99 def a steal of a deal for good cuts of meat.Come out and support this local mom and pop shop!”

Little meat market in the middle of Norwalk that has big charm, friendly service, and an excellent reputation for their meats. Their chicharrones were crunchy and fresh. One of the guys was cleaning and swiping and came to help me and grabbed the diesmillo with the same gloves he had just touched the broom with. Plus graving all meats with the same gloves is cross contamination.”
