“The lady at the front desk was really friendly. Over all experience was super quick and stress free. This was my first time ever getting a fingerprint scan done. I did not have an appointment but they were able to help me out right away and answered all the questions I had. It was a great experience. I would recommend this place for anyone who needs this service or passport pictures (they conveniently provide that service as well).”

“Been a UPS customer for years and this is one of the better ones. They actually smile and say “ hi” and remember you, which took me aback in a good way. Lots of free parking, clean and not congested Plus they will mail usps stuff as a courtesy. I hope to be moving my mailbox and do all my business here. As a bonus, There’s also lots of good food places nearby.”

“By far the best UPS store I have been to. I own a distribution business and I ship a lot of products through UPS daily. I have gone to other stores, but this store is the best. Other stores seem to get bothered by how many packages I drop off. Other stores nearby want me to ship through the “main distribution center” due to my volume and have told me that I have overwhelmed their drivers.
I have asked this store if I overwhelm them.

This one has the most friendly staff, best service, are very happy every time I walk in, and make me feel like family! I never feel like I bring in too many packages or feel pressured. “I have $1million for anyone who finds me a UPS store with better customer service - it does not exist. The employees at this store go absolutely above and beyond, including offloading boxes from my car, double checking to make sure everything is correct, and providing expertise in any question I might have. We use them for a big volume of packages and they make carloads of boxes easy to offload, scan, confirm, and provide receipts. They have even tracked down drivers for me to drop off an overnight package I missed the store cutoff for. Thank you a million times over, we are truly blessed to have them in close proximity to our factory.”
“I went in wanting to ship out a pc but the cost of shipping ended up being so high ($250!). Thankfully however, they were able to change the dimensions of the box and were able to bring it down to 150! They were such a great help to me and I recommend if anyone needs to ship anything, go with these guys!”

“Wonderful customer service. My seller made an odd mistake with the shipping and the kind UPS manager was accommodating and really helped me out. She was tired, as she was on her feet all day and it was near closing time, but she really did show me grace and she didn’t have to. (She has no idea how arduous working with my seller has been. Replacement shipments, incorrect address, weeks have gone by trying to get this 60th birthday present in time for my mom’s special day.) I really appreciate you guys. And over the years, every time I’ve been here, you guys are always professional, even with customers that don’t follow the Amazon return instructions and take out their frustrations upon your team. They were very helpful - and honest. When I dropped off my package there, I left my ID and credit card behind, but I didn't realize it until hours later, after the store had closed. No worries, though. Elvy noticed and put the cards in a safe place and tried to contact me. The next day, I picked up my cards from Elvy, forever grateful for her professionalism and integrity.

“These guys go above and beyond in service but that's only the cherry on top to this one stop shop.
We've been using their service for years whether it be for sending packages or getting things notarized.
I decided to write this review today because I needed to have something shipped via FedEx but also needed a custom sized box for another shipment.. I scheduled it out as a stop at FedEx then another stop at UPS. Only then did it occur to me to go here instead. They shipped my FedEx shipment no problem and even cut a box down to size for the other shipment I needed.
Great value as a business concept with added 5 star customer service. Couldn't be happier! Glad they're right around the corner from me.”
