“Did a decent job, my sofa is white so I can't blame them completely for some of the stains not coming out, but it took almost 2 days to dry, which leads me to believe they didn't drain as much water as they should have.”
“Great customer service! I went in with a top that needed to be sewn by hand and they were very honest it would be pricier. So they gave me heavy duty thread for free if I wish to do it on my own. Not many places go above and beyond. Will definitely be back for any future alterations”

“If you have a lot of laundry that you can't get time to do, this is your place! You're charged by the pound so be aware of that. But the service was door to door, friendly and everything came back better than if I had done it myself. Don't hesitate to use No Poop Stains!”
“Clean and new washing machines. Prices are reasonable to wash and I love that I can use card to wash if I don't have enough quarters or cash with me. Also, no need to upload an app to pay with card. Employees and people that come here are also friendly. This is my new favorite laundry mat to wash . Thank you for keeping all the machines clean and working!!Forgot to mention: Restrooms are only available when employee is present. I believe before 3 pm and after 5pm is when I seen employees present to open the restrooms.”
“This is hand down my go-to spot if I ever need any alterations! Co is very sweet and she definitely knows the shape of a woman's body. She was able to alter my bridesmaid dress to my liking and I was able to move freely in it when it came to the length and bodice of the dress. I trust her expertise when it comes to getting the right length and proportions. Just recently, I stopped by to get an ao dai altered that my mom had purchased for me in Vietnam. I actually went to an alteration (Lien Huong) closer to where I was eating lunch that day and got rejected stating they couldn't do it since my ao dai was tight and had a hard time zipping up. I even showed them that my ao dai had extra fabric sewed in for any alternations needed incase it didn't fit, but no luck. I honestly should have went with my first instinct and got it done here as I usually do. Not sure why the other place couldn't do it, but once I tried it on, Co knew exactly what needed to get done and how to do it. The ao dai came back fitting perfectly. I was able to sit down, breathe, move around, and all that which made me super happy. Co is amazing and she really knows what she's doing. She always makes me feel great wearing the clothes she has altered :) Trust me and come here for all your alternations! You won't be disappointed!!”

“I lived in a loft in DTLA that had no screens so lo and behold, I had a moth situation. And expensive sweaters. Which was devastating. I started out taking a few sweaters to test the waters and see how they'd turn out. Thus far, I've taken in easily 15 cashmere, mohair and various wool blend sweaters with multiple holes and the work has been stellar. As well as the cleaning. What's more they actually care that you're happy. That's huge to me. I've had more than a few bad dry cleaner experiences so I'm very trepidatious. And my UGGs? The ones my cat decided to mark his territory on? Well, they were unwearable. Or so I thought. But now they look amazing. You can't even tell they were ever marked. No stains. No smells. Almost like brand new! And to think I threw out my last pair! Ugh indeed. So glad I found this place!”
“Let me just say that my neighbor told me about this laundry guy facility. My first visit was a wonderful experience and I have not been to a larger facility in years. The SANO wash filter pumps sanitizer which made me come back I enclosed the pictures you can see the SANO pump. The staff is amazing and they did everything to make sure that their customers are satisfied. The facility is clean for your protection and I recommend anyone to come to the facility”

“Who loves doing laundry?? Not me but CoCo makes it fast and easy :) It's located off Termino and 7th street, it's in a plaza with a few other stores. Lots of free parking in the lot right out front. I've been coming to CoCo for almost 2 years now. This place is very functional and the prices are very competitive to other laundromat around. They offer a wide selection of machines to wash ranging from $4.50 for the smaller machines up to $6.75 for the larger machines, along with tons of drying machines for $0.25 for 10min. What I love about this location and I'm sure lots of others have caught on to the hype, they offer a fluff and fold service. Fluff and fold is literally you dropping off your laundry loads and they will wash, dry, and fold your stuff all for a small price which is charged by the pound. I once met the owner which was very nice and welcoming and every time I do come in there is a staff here which is doing the fluff and fold but are always very nice and helpful if needed. The place is supper cute and always clean, I have yet to have a bad experience or find anything dirty when I come do my laundry. They have tons of seating for people to sit and wait, along with a little refrigerator if you wanted to purchase a cold drink/water. They also have a vending machine that offers detergents and other cleaning items if you forgot to bring something... for purchase of course. Well... I don't know how much more I can rave about a laundromat but if you are in the area and looking for one... you found it! SYoY”

“I recently brought my wedding dress and my reception dress here to be altered. My wedding dress was way poofier than I had remembered when I tried on so Teresa took off 3 layers of tool and shortened my dress quite a bit to make it into the dress of my dreams. My rehearsal dress needed a lot of length taken off so I wouldn't be trampling over it all night. Both dresses were altered beautifully. Can't thank Teresa enough!”
