I feel like Ive never been so sure of a 5 review in my life. Ive taken my car to Honda for the last few years but now its out of warranty and Honda Cerritos wants to keep adding in services that arent needed. In addition Hondas wait times are crazy long even with an appointment. Overall I just dont trust taking my car to Honda Cerritos.My roommate has been going to L&K for many years so I decided to give it a try. I called Saturday morning and spoke with the owner (i think his name is Yi). He told me bring the car in now and he will have it done. So I brought it in. He is super nice and respectful. He doesnt throw in nonsense recommendations. Pricing seemed reasonable and was cheaper than the dealership. The car was ready in 2 hours instead of 4+ from Honda. I will definitely go back and highly recommend.

Fair, honest, experienced. He won't do things to your car that you don't need. He has been in the auto repair business for over 35 years. The only mechanic I trust. I followed him from being a mechanic for one of the best repair shops in the area to the shop he now owns for the last 15+ years. He's not a sales-type guy. He's the best mechanic around and hires and trains great mechanics. It's kind of unusual but he also has the most beautiful orchid and succulent plants in front of his office. It's his hobby. There are dozens! I highly recommend Yi Chu.

Came in to check my tires and engine. They open at 8 and I called to schedule an appointment at 2pm. As soon as I arrive, the owner asks me the issue with my car and fixes everything in 40 minutes. He explained the issue with my car and it is very clear that he is very knowledgeable. He fixed up my car with no charge and sent me off on my way!Highly recommend this business for any auto service!! The owner and his team are all very approachable and the waiting area was decorated with lush succulents.

I've been here a few times. Call ahead if you need an oil change or something done to your car, bc they tend to get busy. The staff are all approachable.

The owner was friendly and diagnosed front wheel vibrations without charging me. He even went a step further and phoned the tire center to properly balance my tires. Definitely coming back and will recommend to others.

Very honest, fast, and friendly service. Offered very good insight on what to look out for with my car and felt very honest. Didn't feel like I was taken advantage of like other places.
