We bought gold from here and the quality is terrible. Please be careful, because when you go back to confront them about their quality issues they yell at you. I really don’t understand why I was yelled at for something they sold to me.

I usually go to bindi jewelers. However I decided to see if they had any good jewelry for a gift. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE NOT USED TO BUYING JEWELRY. They overprice their jewelry for what costs them .30 cents per gram of silver they sell $5 per gram. Not only that, they lie about the quality. A lot of pieces will break or turn green and when they will yell at you if you go back to talk to them regardless of the fact that I was calm and polite. They are racist and will say horrible things to you and then smile to your face. I only understood a few slurs but genuinely this establishment is the worst I’ve seen in a while. There are too many good places in Artesia for them to act this entitled.

The shop Owner is extremely rude and unhelpful. We bought gold earrings here and they were extremely poor quality. When we came back to discuss what could be done the owner did not want to help us and wanted us out the door. Will never come back here and will tell my friends and family to take there business elsewhere.

The man was absolutely rude! I don't know how this store manages to stay running and open with such poor customer service. He got frustrated with me when I tried to ask questions about purchasing some gold bangles and he acted so arrogantly toward me. My fiancé who is Indian was stunned at his behavior and had some words with the man, who then got catty with my fiancé. Terrible service! Avoid at all costs.

The guy here is EXTREMELY rude. I came here a few weeks ago and he was pretty much yelling at my cousin and I. I was ready to spend good money on jewelry but your customer service is ATROCIOUS.

This guy is so rude. Yelling at me because I have questions. Making me know that I wasn't "knowledgeable" on jewelry. Which in my defense is why I came in asking questions right?? Any who, you could tell he doesn't want my business and maybe it's because I'm not Indian but he made sure I knew that he didn't want to work with me. He said I should go somewhere else. Don't let this man bully anymore people. I can't believe he's a store owner. He even bullied the lady that works with him! The disrespect

I went to the Diamond District, to main-stay box stores and small shops... I shopped and shopped for the best diamond I could find and at a reasonable price. KIRUN JEWERS won my business with price but I do have to say that this proud and small operation really does come with respect, personal touches and customized design from scratch. I and my (now) wife of 2 years are gleefully delighted and cant wait to catchup with the staff once this COVID lPandemic passes.. Surprises come in small boxes!! This team will take care of you.

We had a wonderful experience with Kirun Jewelers! They have beautiful designs and wonderful customer service. Aly and Yasmina helped us pick out an engagement ring and they were very thoughtful and supportive. They resized the ring and even repaired some other pieces that we brought in. I highly recommend purchasing from Kirun Jewelers.
