Very professional, ordered online and everything was what I expected. They even gave me a call letting me know they was out of a flower type, instead of just replacing the kind with something else they asked me if it was ok with something similar.I ordered from 1,000 miles away from this florist to have delivered, they delivered no problemsI’ve already made a second purchase through them within 2 weeks. Highly recommended

I ordered a wrist corsage the day before prom and it was done! I was able to chose the flower color, ribbon colors sight-unseen on the phone. When my son picked it up the corsage the next day, it was absolutely beautiful. Reasonable price. I would recommend ordering sooner than I did (I got lucky the florist was making corsages when I called).

I stopped into Flower Works during my Christmas visit home, and Vahid made a beautiful birthday arrangement for my friend. He is friendly and personable, and gave me the freshest lilies that were in full bloom by my friend's birthday. Thank you so much!

Ordered flowers today online. I've never done business with Flower Works before. Flowers were delivered same day. My good friends sent me a photo of the flower arrangement they received . The flowers were beautiful and my friends are so happy.

If I could give Flower Works zero stars I would. My husband passed away and we were at the funeral and away from our home from 1pm to 9pm on the day they delivered flowers. When I returned home the flower arrangement was on my doorstep and had been out in the heat most of the day. I called Flower Works and let them know and the owner said he personally delivered it and rang the doorbell and knocked on the door several times. I told him my doorbell is connected to my phone and I never received an alert. He began to argue with me when I asked why you would leave an arrangement on a doorstep if no one was at home. He was rude and insensitive in light of my husband of 45 years passed away. Unbelievable!

i ordered this and got that .. i did agree to more white flowers as it was a one year death anniversary before xmas .. he then offered 1/4 of the size pictured i paid $130 and i was so upset as i’m across the country in tennessee . he then told me he did me a favor and added extra then sent me a pic of what will be exchanged .. it was embarrassing on both parts and would be more than happy to share what was offered … he was rude and said he wasn’t trying to cheat me … no one ever accused him of it . money isn’t an issue here and i want to refund the $30 he offered me . it was just another slap in the face . i wish i would’ve stuck w pioneer flowers . he agreed to take back the favor he did to exchange it for a mason jar size of roses you can get at walmart .

I was stopping for boba at kung fu tea, and my newborn decided he wanted a diaper change. I was parked in front of the flower shop, and Vahid came out to ask if I needed help and even offered his flower cart for me to change my baby on. I thought that was super sweet, so I decided to stop inside his shop after changing my baby in the car. He put together a beautiful bouquet for me for a good price, and even gave my toddler a little flower too. Super sweet guy and very pretty and fresh flowers!

I've bought bouquets from here on multiple occasions, and decided to come here again for a bigger order. The experience with this florist has always been professional and friendly from start to finish. I needed a table centerpiece and bouquet this time for my sister's engagement party, and they were considerate of my budget, while determined to make the prettiest and most elegant arrangement possible.
