Bought 6 helium filled balloons (blew them up there in front of me) yesterday at 5:30pm. When I woke up at 6am this morning, all of them were deflated and on the ground. Very disappointed.

The new owner and management is like day and night. I usually get supplies for my office when special occasions come around the corner and I am happy to say with the new management I see great improvements. Really helpful store owner, cut the time spent in half to get everything I needed in half and the selection was great. Will be back soon thanks for the awesome customer service!

This is a HORRIBLE business Don't waste your time or money ! Spent $60 on my daughters balloons (4 balloons ) to not even be able to take them to her dinner party! So i went back on today explaining my story and this cheap a****** charges me $5 for a new one and says he usually charges $14.99 i laughed ! i only did it to make my daughter smile! I read all of the unpleasant reviews after purchasing which is something I rarely do. PLEASE DONT SHOP HERE... DONT BE FOOLED BY THE NICE FADED BALLOONS IN THE WINDOW . The lack of customers is all clearer to me now the balloons are the same ones that are being sold for $5.99 or $1.99 at any other store his business must barely be hanging on with the outrageous prices! STAY AWAY! I learned a valuable lesson!

Worst customer service and with an attitude! When your store is a hot mess and you ask if you have something and then with the attitude you don't have it why would I want to purchase anything from you?? Want to support small businesses but young lady you make it difficult

I wish I looked at the Yelp reviews before going here. This is my first negative experience review. I needed a shark balloon for my sons birthday and by the time I got home I realized the balloon was already starting to deflate. I had to put a chip clip to make sure it holds up for tomorrow. Didn't have time to go back. Spent $15 on this shark balloon and it's barely going to last a day (hopefully). Avoid this place. I used to go here and quality was better but this is ridiculous!

I had a really bad experience I went to buy some balloons and the same day the helium came out I went back and told them about what happened they said that the ballon only last 1 or 2 days which is not true they could last up to 1 month they didn’t want to put helium on them again if they did they were going to charge me so I just left instead never going back there again . ???♀️

I went to buy balloons for my daughter and I was super sad to witness the owner of this store treated a customer with such rude attitude who was simply speaking her mind. The owner of this store did not want to fill up her balloons with helium and she respectfully tried talking to him about the situation but he quickly reacted in a rude way. The young lady ended up asking for a refund and he told her to go to the dollar tree and threw her money at the ground. I've shopped at this store before and this man and his wife are usually there but I will no longer be coming here due to lack of customer service. I hope this review helped.

The balloons here are beyond over priced. The sunflower I was looking at was 19.99! It's sold on Amazon four pieces for 9.99 or 9.99 at LA balloons, they have curbside or delivery. Never shopping here, not worth it. People save your money, there are better options
