I just walked out of this location... The greeter and the first gal at the window that helped me were super nice and helpful. However the second girl at the window was super rude and not willing to help me. I was trying to take cash out of my ebt card! This is my first time trying to do this and it's already embarrassing and frustrating enough and then this gal pretty much told me to kick rocks because they supposedly can't take the ebt card at the window Even though the other two girls told me I could... the atms weren't working either and I told her that I tried 4 times at the atm and she just said oh well we don't take the card at the window and just stared at me with her buggy eyes... I've been having the hardest time in my life and I approached with kindness and patience! I'm so tired of people treating me like dirt for no reason!

I came in needing assistance with re-opening my chase account. I had visited a previous branch at Redondo Beach in Gardena and they were very set on assisting customers that only had appointments. I drove 8 mins more and found the branch on Artesia. I was assisted by Yarelly D. She was very kind and took out the time to assist me despite have her daily duties and me not having an appointment. This was a very friendly branch and I will visit again.

I went in to discuss fees being charged on my account. They did not help and were rude. I had to call the executive complaint office for support. This place does not value its customers.

This place has the worst customer service. I had an issue with my account and inaccurate fees being charged. I expressed my concerns with Larissa and she completely ignored my questions. She was rude and did not understand how accounts fees work. When I asked how I could file a complaint she refused to give me the phone number. When I asked for a manger she claimed to be a a manger but not the branch manager. The business card for branch manager that was provided had the incorrect phone number for the manager. I had to file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) because of lack of assistance and inappropriate fees being charged. I encourage anyone else that is having issues with this branch to file a complaint to here is the link since they will not provide the information.

I have never had an issue to use my ID to withdraw money. The lady bank teller had me fill out the withdraw form after using my ID to look up my account. She has my matching name and address from my account with my ID and she STILL said I “need a second form of identification to withdraw.” If you have my information and my ID already, why do you need a second one?! She did cause me to get annoyed because she had me back and forth but I remained calm. She told me to go to the ATM to withdraw and it said there’s a technical issue and I let her know that.A quick 2 minute visit turned into 10. If you go to that location, she will ask you 21 questions before allowing you to withdraw. Beware.

I went to the bank regarding a transaction that was taking out my daughter account mistakenly. Spoke with Silvia A. she made the situation more stressful very aggressive when talking when all I'm doing is explaining that the card that was used to my daughter linked account was attached to an account that was closed she proceeded to get more aggressive she has one job to do and that's satisfy the customer and I'm guess that was hard to do. I'm open to train if they let me but one star for Silvia A.

Teller was rude to me while I was trying to help my mother in law make a transaction. Took time out of my hard day to then deal with that kind of treatment? Definitely not appreciated.

The female banker here was very rude and unprofessional. She did not greet me kindly or say anything when I said thank you to her at the end. I felt disrespected whole time talking to her. More importantly, she gave me wrong information on purpose in regards to name change and made me wait another 3 weeks to get my new credit cards.

Employee refused to open an account for me due to "Covid" but I've walked in before and now all of a sudden you have to make an appointment even though there's nobody at the branch. She could've done an exception but didn't. Everyone ignores you also.

Today was the first time I came to this bank and I did not like my experience. I lost my card so I came in to get report and get my debit card replace. I gave her my I'd I open the account with...I try making conversation with Shane the person helping me she was very stand offish...then she ask me for a secondary ID I didn't have it w me I told her it wasn't the first time I done this n I never got ask for and a second ID. After that she told her supervisor she need to ask her something n was ride after that she made me feel like if I was being shady. I wanted change so I went with her supervisor and she was rude her self. I needed one more thing but they made me feel uncomfortable so I want to my original bank in Cerritos. They are always polite. Never coming back here
