This is my go-to bank while in the States. Have quite a few banks spread out all over LA and the staff are more personable than the big chains.

Been to other branches, this is by far the best Cathay branch. Staffs are friendly, transactions are very quickly. Love this branch!

Excellent Five star service!! All the staffs are very friendly and very helpful. Never visited banks with such friendly people. They would try really hard to help me with all problems, including loans and banking issues. Great job!!
