I took a short 15 minute walk home and one and a half hours later, I received a phone call that my car was ready for pick up. They provide first class service and are very professional. It’s the only place I take my cars and I refer all of my family and friends there.”

“Called looking to get an oil change and Ed got me an appointment the next morning at 8AM. I would highly recommend scheduling an appointment if possible, since there were walk-ins while I was there and they were told it would take several hours. I had told them I only had an hour, and they had me in-and-out in 45 minutes. It was $90+tax for oil change and refilling fluids, etc., where every other place in the area was charging $100-120. “Great customer service!!! I’m writing this review because the guys at American Tire Depot have renewed my faith. My car required major work, in the past, my son , Webster would be my go to in a crisis like this. Unfortunately I lost Webster in 2021.
Without him this crisis felt like an avalanche. I felt so alone …I didn’t know where to turn! Then I remember the guy at Depot named Freddie. I had purchased tires from that location on South Street and I felt the guy was totally honest with me about my car. This crisis was mechanical and it would require some work.. Freddie wasn’t there when I frantically pulled into the South Street location. A young man, with a big smile named Carlos was …he and the tech diligently tried to remedy my vehicles problem, but to no avail. This wasn’t that going to a simple fix. My car needed some
Major work. When I was told the cost of the job, I left the store determined to return the next day and to get the car towed somewhere else! But the following morning, I returned and Freddie was there. His presence and the memory of his honesty and kindness during my last visit there calmed me. I felt a sense of relief. I left the store determined to find a way to pay for the recommended service. Turns out these two young men Carlos and Freddie are truly angels. Carlos not only cared about my car, he cared about me. I was reminded of my son, who was also honest, respectful and genuinely cared about people.
These young men made me feel like family, like they really and truly had(have) my back.

“This is the best auto shop, hands down! My family and friends have been going here for years. I recently moved about 1 hour away, but I still ended up coming here because they are quick, honest, and very well priced.Recently, my car had been squeaky because I need to get my rear brake pads replaced. In the current area I'm located, shops quoted me about $100 more than Kings did! I took my car in around 1pm and got it back around 3pm as well. So grateful for this place!”

No, you are not going to get a free car wash or a red carpet treatment, if that’s what you are looking for, go elsewhere!

This place reminded me of the service stations next to the gas station in the 80s and 90s. Look at the pictures and you might see what I mean. Oil smell, cardboard on the floor to cover the grease, and it does not look like they are computerized…

I went there because the engine bottom cover fell off on one of our cars. We are new to the area, I drove around and nobody was willing to help with this simple job. Even though they were busy, they graciously took me in, and gave me a very reasonable quote.

I sat there for about 45-minutes, and I saw many regular customers coming in and out, smog checks, oil changes, something wrong with the car please help (just like me), I saw how they took care of everyone with sincerity and care. Assuring this lady they have test driven her car, there is nothing wrong with her car and there is no charge.

I feel they are honest, they do a good job, and charge a reasonable price. I think that’s pretty rare to find these days.”

“I go there for tire rotation and replacement. Their service and price are excellent. Isaac and Henry are very kind and responsive.One time, I had a nail on my tire. After they inspected the tire and told me the nail didn't penetrate the tire, no need to patch or fix it. They didn't charge any money.”

“This Auto shop is the best of all. Mr Yi is very nice , polite and most of all very Honest person. I was told by my Lexus dealer during a routine oil change , that my auto needs a Front Arm control as it has a crack, also I need to replace Joint ball.
Total cost of both of them was $5675.00. I got worried and started checking with other auto shops until i found this place with highest stars and great reviews. Mr Yi drove my car and told me he thinks the front arm does Not seem to have problem. Then he put the car up and checked underneath and showed me also
that the arm and joint ball were in perfect condition and there is not need to replace either of them.
Later I did get the brake job done for half the price of dealer and replaced the microfilter for 19 dollars where as the dealer was charging 120.42.
Where would you find an honest Auto shop owner now a days.

“I say this is probably one of the best gas stations to give an oil change i would say. I mean people on here do mention that they are pricey and that they wait too long and what not & I think that the need to make sense needs to come to mind. I do understand it says a price on the billboard outside and near it but do people understand taxes and labor do need to be considered, be thankful you didn’t get charged $200 for an oil change at a regular mechanic shop. & also think about how long it takes to do an oil change I do say you try yourself to do one see how long that takes you. No offense to anyone but let’s not be ungrateful.
I personally had a good experience with pumping gas , prices are alright I mean everywhere else it’s more expensive and I myself trust Shell gas stations then any other ..”
