Horrible, I called for a question regarding my Car AC and the guy who I spoke with had the ugliest attitude, it was a guy with an accent please don't have people like that answering the phone or you will loose customers

My husband took my car to this place to get a diagnostic test on my A/C that had gone out. He was quoted $49.95 for the test. The guy called my husband letting him know it was the evaporator in the back that had a leak. My husband said Ok, my wife will be in to pick it up and advised him we are not moving forward with any work to be done. (My hubby is handy and can change/fix things himself, just needed to know the issue). I get there and the guy hands me an invoice for $180 and says cash only and blames the bank for a faulty credit card machine. I told him it was only $50. He said "Ok, you are right, but I did put Freon in so it will be $100"! We had already told him we tried Freon before and it came out and not to do it. He then tried to get us to "meet him in the middle" and pay $25. I said no, we told you to only test it. He then took the Freon out. We ordered a new Evaporator and as my husband takes my old one out he is confident that wasn't the problem. He takes it to a new A/C shop and it turns out that the issue was the condenser and a cracked hose. Please be cautious coming here.Service: Air conditioning

Honest people! They make sure the job gets done and done right! I trust them with all my vehicles.My wife was the one that recommended them to me. Her parents always took their car there for any repairs. So I tried them and was hooked ever since!

Came in saw Craig son of owner of this place he came acrossed nice seemed honest but boy am I in for a surprise, had my breaks fixed the front came out good, recommended my coworker to fix his Honda breaks that came out good, I went back a week later had my back breaks fix and he returned the car with missing parts caliper break cover for Mercedes I called Mercedes to find out it costs $491 each plus tax not including labor so it's about $1600 they stole from me, still waiting for Craig to call me his one partner there is very very unprofessional wants start problems with so I walked away becareful guys be very careful.

This place is like a scene straight out of the Twilight Zone. Brought car in for air conditioner repair, they replaced a part only to realize it wasn't the problem. They kept my car the entire day. I wasn't charged for their mistake. Told me to bring it back so they could figure out what the actual problem was and I never looked back. The office is disgustingly dirty.

The worst mechanic and repair service I have ever used. My AC went out. Took it in. Car sat there for 3 days. No phone calls. I had to call them over and over to get any information on what is going on. Mechanic gets annoyed with my phone calls and tells me he was about to throw the phone at the wall. Great customer service so far. They quote me $400 to finally fix it and I get my car back. Air is blowing cold somewhat but it works. As I am driving away I get a call from the mechanic. "Oh sorry I have your registration back here in the office." So I go back to get it before they close. Mechanic laughing, hands me the registration. I felt like I was a joke to them. 3 days later...I am driving with my "fixed" AC to Los Angeles with an old friend. The AC goes out and starts blowing hot air in our faces. I get annoyed and decided to return my car to this place to see what happened. As I drop my car off I get some looks by the other mechanics. I ask them if they need my phone number as I hand them the keys. "No we don't need it we have it". Turns out they needed my first name and phone number eventually. 1 week later, no phone calls whatsoever. I call them to ask what is going on. "Oh we haven't gotten to your car yet we are super busy". 1 more week later, no phone calls whatsoever. I call them again for an update. "We still haven't gotten to your car but I will get the mechanic to call you back". I finally get an answer by calling the mechanic and the price is too expensive for me. They have great reviews, so I don't know what went wrong but I wasn't treated very well from the get go at this place I don't recommend them at all. If you want great service go to the Cerritos Auto Repair here: 16649 Pioneer Blvd, Artesia, CA 90701 Every time I have gone to them, my car is returned in 3 days at the latest for heavy repairs. AVOID ARCTIC AIR AUTO REPAIR unless you want to be laughed at and not treated well as a customer. NEVER AGAIN!

Arctic Air and Auto Repair has proven to be a great Repair center They repaired my Corvette Brakes and in two occasions my Cadillac sedan Deville I will keep sending customers to Craig he has proven to me that he is Honest and dedicated Keep up the good work.

Just the phone call alone was enough to make me turn around and not even want to go here. Sounds like an elderly woman who is answering phone calls and she talks over you as if you are an uncomprehending child. Not one of my questions were answered. She kept rambling about what may be wrong with my vehicle instead of answering my direct question and all I needed to know was approximately how much they charge to refill freon so I can have enough money with me
