A member knew a employee on site straight help that member after there was two guest members ahead of her. I complained to the supervisor seems he did not give a care . His own employee was not in her workstation or log in . I seen her call her over to her workstsion at the check in line . Employee knew the memberand help her after there were two guests in front of her very unprofessional, no common courtesy to guest members who got there before the member . Speak up and do not say quiet. That employee should have got written up for her unprofessionalism and work ethics interaction visit 7/19/2024 2:05pm.

Blonde lady don't know her name. Was rude. Stacked every charge she could find. Locked my account. Pure malice.

In person service is excellent BUT Phone customer service is dead at this location. Trying to talk to a person and returning the answer with annoyed voice and ended it by hanging up the phone. I guess AAA is so big that they don't worry about loosing one customer. Agents took forever to get back to you via email. I am a loyal customer and I have been with AAA forever. This is so disappointed.

Do not use these people for battery service! I drive a Toyota and the AAA battery was not even a year old and died leaving white acid all in my engine compartment. I dread calling them and this time got no text message update and the robot system sucks want a live operator that is what AAA should be. I had dinner waiting on me. The tech first drove off when I was upstairs and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes. He said 550 Maine on the phone and I texted him 555 the number in the ticket. I called again and he hung up on me 2x. Then he made me dig through my car for the receipt. It is 2024 and he ended up calling the call center anyway. My replacement battery in my Toyota compact car is a H22 and has white stuff leaking out of it only dated 01/23. The dude did not want to sell me a battery I look in the back of the open bed f150 pick up and there were only a few used batteries. No ford transit enclosed. Then the guy parks his big truck land states that I have no warranty no discount on my battery replacement. He clearly did not have a battery to sell me so in addition to being rude he was wasting my time. Been a member with aaa for 12 years. Then it is 20 minutes til auto zone closes and the guy did not move his truck I had to jump my own car to get the windows closed and car locked, take out and put in my own battery, and paid more for autozone battery since they have digital receipts better batteries and no bad attitude tow drivers with no batteries this is not the first time I get a drug addicted racist tow driver with no battery to sell.

Very poor service. I purchased a battery from them that is still under warranty. I don't drive so my membership expired. They said I needed to renew my membership for them to help me with the battery I bought from them. I did and then they said I needed to wait 3 days or pay an extra $129 to come out today! I explained I have street service today and the supervisor said there is nothing that he could do! Why would AAA not back the product I bought from them. Why would they insist I pay for a renewal and then say they can't help me today? I don't drive anymore because of health issues and yet they could not care. They charged me $79 for a renewal and on line they charge $52 24/7 roadside on their terms not the customers!

I'm not too happy right now. My car got damaged after hitting a pothole last week.2/15/24 and I had to have my car towed due to a broken part that controls the wheel and steering. Tow company was great. I called the claims and had to leave a message. No response. So I went on the website and filed my claim. It took 2 days to hear from anyone and finally agent Colleen called me. Said she'd look at the car and wait for Monday to look at my car. She said she'd text me back. Well the shop says over $4,000 worth of damage. Left text messages and even shop called and they were informed an inspector had to approve my claim. Meanwhile,I'm put my car and I didn't have rental car coverage. I'm still waiting.bo return call. I think once I do get my car back I'm switching from AAA. Very dissappointed.

I came 02.23. to look for a Notarized record. The date I forgot, must have been 2 years at least. ELIZABETH was very kind and understanding. Above all, patient to give her time to look into the stack of old records. I wish to commend her for "going the extra mile" to assist a member. And she gave detailed instruction how to go about my request

Today, I went to the Bellflower area to pick up soybean paste, but I was so sleepy that I ordered a casadilla from El Pollo Loco, brought a tumbler of ice, drank a cola, and enjoyed it in the car. I was too tired to start the engine, so I called aaa and they came within 20 minutes to replace the battery. I received the service safely and arrived safely. You were very kind. Moreover, since it is a remote area, I was really happy to see it.

So super easy!! This is an awesome and super fast place to get your tags!! Friendly employees and they get you in & out as quick as possible!! Granted you need to be a member but everyone knows that's also amazing especially when you get a flat or your battery is dead! Highly recommend a membership to get all these added bonuses!

Be careful when coming here to pay any type of renewals with debit/credit cards. I just woke up to see I was charged for a renewal card for AAA. The last time I used my personal card here was only for my registration renewal last year, ONLY.. I never pay for AAA since I'm under an account already. So it seems they decided to save my personal card information as a primary card without my knowledge basically... This year I paid my registration in cash, while also letting them know to not do anything about the AAA renewal since that is normally taken cared of. But they auto charged from my personal card today and my AAA card doesn't even expire yet.. and from my knowledge the due date is a week or two from now...
