Went to another 7-Eleven for gas and the same rewards# the guy at this store claimed not working is working properly.

There should be a negative rating. This store or the guy deserves less than 0. Don't ever come to this store. The guy at the counter overcharged me $2.00 for a soda + Hotdog they advertise for $3.00. He argued that's what the register is charging me but the receipt clearly shows he charged me for 2 hotdogs even though there's only 1. He refused to admit he overcharged me and claimed
I needed rewards card to get the discounted price. Then when we entered the number, he said it's not working. No wonder the reviews are dismal.

I always get a bit creeped out anytime I enter a 7/11 or any type of convenience/liquor store when no customers are in the store (been watching too many IG reels). Came in to get my weekly allowance of lottery scratchers & no employee in sight. I waited a couple of minutes and I finally heard a voice coming from behind and the gentleman assisted me with my purchase. Parking lot was pretty small as I wouldn't have stopped otherwise.

The worst 711 you can enter is this one!! The woman and man who work there are rude, they don't answer, they leave people waiting, if you ask them something they don't answer and they ignore you. On one occasion, an Uber Eats driver arrived to pick up an order and just for asking if it was ready, the woman started yelling and insulting him, while she was serving in her pajamas. Definitely the worst thing is those couple of people.

No Star! WORST ever cashier his name is Gandhi! Not helpful and yelling at the customers. No customer service at all so not go to this 7 eleven. This cashier SUCKS!!!!

Quick and convenient location. Fyi typically super safe with no vagrants or loiters due to Cerritos Night Shift PD Cruisers corralled in the parking pen. Leave anything at your spot before you get swept up or stopped ?

The heavy set lady is always rude when I come to this location to pick up orders. I believe she is the owner since she still works here. If I were to see all these reviews about her I would have fired her. We as customers and delivery drivers should go protest this location to show 7/11 corporations that they need to take the rights away from this location.. zero stars is not an option but should be
