They are so helpful and always there for you they are patient and helpful. I am a RE Broker so I know service and you will get it there.

came into verizon to trade in my phone for a new phone, and Nick was an extremely great help with this, ensuring that it was quick and easy. he even informed me that it would be a better deal and $10 cheaper to get an ipad and phone bundle compared to just a phone, so now i have a wonderful ipad. thank you Nick.

Very very satisfied what's my experience at Verizon I worked with Anthony he was very thorough and professional with everything that we were talking about he ensured that I knew exactly what the next step was before we did it highly recommend Verizon I've been through other carriers and I would only be with Verizon from here on out and definitely having a customer service representative like Anthony just made the experience awesome

Erick was super polite. He walked right up to me as I came through door, introduced himself and got me seated within seconds. He fixed 2 unusual problems and offered me the Verizon wifi for faster service. Great employee and great guy. Definitely an asset to your business!! Great pick Verizon.

Worst customer service ever, I left there with nothing resolved they were not helpful at all and told me to just call customer service. Makes me want to switch carriers all together.

I am so happy I chose to go-to Verizon for my much needed and anticipated Pixel 8 pro..we not only pain a smaller than expected amount for the two phones but thanks to Markus we saved money each month on our bill...this kind of knowledge and customer service keeps us going back to Verizon store in AG...As a 25 yr long customer or the Verizon company I could not be happier with my newest pixel 8 pro and highly recommend going to see Markus in Arroyo Grande.
