Arroyo Grande branch, I had to come in twice to process a change of address for a deceased loved one, they were cold and unhelpful, told me I needed a letter from my lawyer even though I presented my legal executive paperwork and death certificate. Then, two weeks later I come to find out when they finally did process the paperwork, they never filed it and all the mail now has to be held for the following 10 days while the Oregon branch processes the request correctly.

This is for the Arroyo Grande branch. Today, the mail carrier was parked in front of my house and my flag was up because I had outgoing mail and she didn't bother to get them and I was supposed to be getting a pkg today, as well. Another problem was that I went there last month to mail a pkg to FL and got there about 15 mins before 5pm. I was wrapping everything up and only needed to add the address labels, but the older male there started closing up around me a few minutes before 5 and just refused to give me a couple of mins to write the address. He was rude about it, too. He was complaining that I was taking too long. I didn't even want to go back and deal with him again and had to go to the Pismo office the next day. So much for our friendly neighborhood post office.

This is for the Grover and Pismo PO also. Useless. They can't even supply a vending machine for stamps. Makes absolutely zero sense. What are we doing here??? Just close them all. Let UPS or Fed Ex take over for USPS. Send em all on a early

Best post office experience in the area. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The lines are much more manageable.

The one star is for the post driver of our road, she drives like a maniac on a road that it only big enough for one car each way, she throws packages down driveways and when asked nicely to not throw them she'll deny ever throwing it even though you just saw her do it and speed off. She can't put mail in the right mailbox, thankfully the neighbors that always end up with our mail are friends. And I'm pretty sure she or someone else is actually STEALING packages because we've had 3 packages now, that had MULTIPLE items, say they get delivered, it'll say they're sitting in the mailbox but they are absolutely NOWHERE to be found. And they have still never turned up. And up until a few months ago we never had an issue with the track numbers not being accurate

It's Christmas Eve and the ladies at the front were extremely rude and were trying to push us out of the store and charging us for things that we did not even lay a hand on. Extremely disappointed. Next time I'll spend my money driving across country to deliver my own presents.

Got at the door at 5:28 as it was locked already waiting. I just needed to drop off 3 packages with paid labels on them all ready and set but he decided to lock the door in my face with no word so here to be petty as well. The guy guarding standing at door appreciate that

I had a PO Box at AG for nearly 14 yrs. Girls were always super friendly and helpful. I always had a lot of packages and mail going in and out.I once sent a pkg to my kids in Chicago who had just moved. I inadvertently addressed it to the old address. Kimtook the time and looked up to find out what happened. Eventually it got returned to me (during Covid) Great home town service.No longer have a box. Jesse is my carrier now. Great guy and greatservice. ???

The workers seem friendly and fine, but this needs to be said. I went in to ship something and there was a line of people out the door. They had hired someone to literally wipe and sanitize the front door, but let a woman stand in line with NO MASK in the height of the pandemic while masks are being mandated everywhere. It's a small space with no open windows or airflow and they were having people stand in line for long periods of time, exposed to the germs of unmasked patrons, and yet making a show of wiping down the front door. SMFH.
