I needed to return a package to Amazon and this was the closest store to me that would accept returns. I walked in, waited about 1 minute, and was taken care of by a very nice employee. He scanned the code provided by Amazon, gave me a receipt, and sent me on my way. I was in the store for less than 5 minutes. Quick, easy, and efficient! If I need to return any Amazon purchases in the future, I will definitely return.

I just had the best experience at this branch. Honestly, every time I’m here, they are so nice and fast and efficient. I trust them to take care of my shipping and printing needs. But oh my goodness this woman just went so far out of her way to provide me with just the best service. I had two weird packages - one that required she print out a shipping label - and she was just so nice about it. Two thumbs up!

I would give this store 0 stars if I could. I’m very disappointed in the way I was treated and how my packages were handled.I was going to be out of town for an extended time due to traveling for work. I went into the store and spoke with one of the employees and either the manager or owner (so I was told at the time) and all assured me there would not be a problem. When the package arrived at the UPS store I called and spoke with them, they assured me it had arrived and would held in the back room until I returned. I provided my phone number and asked that the put a note on the box with my number and to call me if any issues arise. Well, a month later they returned the shipment to the sender without letting me know. I did receive an email from the sender that it had been returned and when I called the store EVERYONE including the manager or owner-denied even having a conversation with me about the delivery and apparently my phone number was never added to the box…or if it was they chose to ignore it.I’m very disappointed that everyone I worked with chose to be “selective” with their memories especially since I have record of the number of times I called and was assured my delivery would be ok.I always try to utilize local small businesses for my shipping needs however this will be the last time I utilize this local business.I didn’t put all of the details here or individual names due to complexity of the situation and privacy. But rest assured I followed all of the proper steps and checked in with them several times.

This is a great UPS store! Today Isa helped me mailing Christmas presents. They were very busy as its the Christmas season.
