Took my truck in for wash inside and out.
Terrible job, not vacuumed, not dusted..
The side mirror still had cobwebs, was never wiped down.
My husband would not say a thing, I wasn't happy.
Won't be back

Decent quality, but just too slow man. Be ready to sit for an hour. Also super expensive. Not sure how they can improve, seems like plenty of overhead…

My dog had an emergency blowout on the passenger seat during our trip to San Francisco and these guys washed the seat and it looked and smelled brand new afterwards, best place I've been to!

Bugs still all over the front of my truck, didn't looked vacuumed to me what a joke of a place quickly is the best for the money they need one here, what that cost me would have gotten me 30+ washes and you can get 2 washes a day if you want, the one across the street Bob's is another joke, wake up people.

I'm not able to rate the service here because I was denied service. I pulled in at 4:26 and was stopped. The Google hours say they close at 5pm. Their website also indicates that a basic inside vacuum and outside wash takes 20 minutes meaning, there was still plenty of time for the service I was wanting. No one even inquired what service I might be needing, I was just told not to pull in. If you're not going to take clients after 4:30 then, the hours should be changed to closing at 4:30.

Not a good experience.....went today for the 1st time they were not busy at all.....back seat was hardly vaccumed! .... I could have done a better job at home! After $31 for a reg. car wash plus a tip? I would expect at least some freshener spray or one of those ones that hang on the mirror? Nope! Inside was hardly wiped at all! I had to come home and finish the vacuum and at least rinse the floor mats! Too bad there are not many choices here in AG! Feeling ripped off! Alsmot went back to get a redo but just decided to do it myself! Won't be going back there!

2.5 stars. I use to realllly love this place when they detailed my husbands truck. He pays basically $400 every 4 months or so and they always do an amazing job which is why they’re getting 2 stars here. But when I took my SUV and got a mini detail and was told adding shampoo for the whole thing would increase the price from $109 to $160 I was hesitant but it needed it pretty badly. Don’t get me wrong. The suv was not in great shape, hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time as it normally sits not in use too often except around town. However, I paid an up charge for a service that should have been provided and it wasn’t. The entire back end of my vehicle was not shampooed just vaccuumed. The manager claimed they couldn’t get those areas because my trunk doesn’t open (it has a broken latch and stays shut to avoid it having issues) but all my seats fold up and 2/3 of the third row seats were removed specially to make it available to clean so it should have been done or given my money back. When I got home and went to put my mats back inside I noticed that none of the cup holders in the back were touched, I wiped tons of grime just with a finger. They obviously didn’t clean it. I called they said come back next day so I did. Upon dropping it off and picking it up they gave me horrible attitude and acted like they couldn’t be bothered. They didn’t bother to actually do the work either. It was wiped down once and that was that. It wasn’t worth my time arguing with them but I should have gotten a refund for services that weren’t provided to me. Here are photos of my cleaning the cup holders and the inside that wasn’t cleaned. Very disappointed.

Went in Monday around 1pm...too busy to do my truck ?....went in Tuesday morning around 9:30...no one there...called number as I really wanted my truck washed...no answer....took my truck across street to Bob's car wash and they did a great job...did not know that Bob's did hand washing....great guys
