I am really glad I took my mom here and was seen by Sandra for her hair color. She did a great job with my mom and her hair. We came in a wheelchair and Sandra was so nice to move her styling chair so I don't have to transfer her so much from her wheelchair. I love that the salon is small and intimate. Everyone seems to have been there for a while including clients. Parking is in the back and handicap accessibility is difficult to find (like a maze) to get to the salon. I will return here for my moms hair and I have already recommended people of the salons great service and work ! Thank you for this gem!

Sandra is the best hair stylist I have been to in a while. She is very experienced, asked me how I wanted my cut, and delivered with a great cut! I highly recommend her. The salon is nice, clean and bright.

Shelly was my stylist for over 15 years. Not only does she know hair but she is also a very nice person. I have moved away from Arroyo Grande but I know I won't find another hair stylist that could replace her. Best wishes to Shelly, Debbie and all the wonderful clients I have met over the years...GREAT PEOPLE! Miss You!!!

Best salon around!!! Shelly knows exactly what to do. Go to her long enough and tell her you want something done, she'll look at you and say "no you don't" in the most loving way. Debbie Hatley is a fantastic stylist that knows color and uses high quality products. She takes time to analyze hair, scalp, and any special needs prior to beginning with a new client. I'm very happy that I've made a change. My hair is so healthy and there is no more breakage from color treating!

Reflections Salon is amazing! While visiting here from out of town, I decided I needed some sprucing up to make me feel better. Through a friendly referral from a fellow shop in town, I met the owner Shelley! She was friendly and welcoming! She listened to my wants and needs and gave me a hair style and color better than I've had in a long, long time! She is a true gem! Trust her to provide you with awesome service and amazing results! She's awesome!! I plan to return in six weeks on my next visit for a touch up!!
