My husband and I have stayed here several times. The rooms are clean, the pool is huge. Shopping is very close. We are literally minutes away from Pismo Beach, and Avila Beach is 14 min. away. We are c l one to pretty much everything.

Very clean, basic, bed comfy, TV worked, had a fridge. Very basic and price reflects that.
