The staff are always pleasant and polite. As far as pet stores locally, I'd recommend it the most, as we've never experienced and issue.
The website could use some love though, that thing is terrible!

One of our dogs is very nervous at the vet and semi reactive. They were so helpful by allowing us to handle all our paperwork in the exam room so that I didn’t have to try and hold our dog and sign paperwork in the lobby. We are very happy we switched to this office!

She stayed the night and I picked her up Monday morning and she’s doing great. Both Dr. Giri and Dr. Adam were so patient and so kind and explained everything to me and that made a huge difference.

I got there early, but the doc was backed up with patients so my dog wasn't seen until 2 hours after our scheduled appointment. She comes HIGHLY recommended and is the only one with her specialty within 150 mile radius. Totally worth the wait!

Hubs and I are making our way through California on the road trip we never got to take as Bay Area teens (now living in Oregon)We grabbed 2 specialty lattes and a ham and Swiss croissant and all were delightful.
This place also doubles as a little boutique! They have incense, crystals, cards (I keep a stockpile of greeting cards because you never know!), and other cute items.
If I lived anywhere near here, I would be a regular on the daily. ?
