“AG ER is always our first choice for smaller emergencies. Our family has been seen there for hypertensive emergencies, stroke symptoms & stitches (suggested by our Primary Physician). We have been seen quickly. The staff has been pleasant & professional - they actually seem like their enjoy their jobs. We were given the appropriate tests & given sound medical advice. I was advised by staff not to seek treatment there for a suspected heart attack as they don't have a cardiac unit but beyond that I have always felt well cared for.”
“I have been coming here regularly for physician-ordered blood draws. They have been consistently courteous, good humored and professional. I can't remember there ever having been an issue. The place operates like a well-oiled machine. I can't understand the negative reviews.”

“I came in on Friday at lunch in a rush to get my health looked at and get back to work. The lady understood my rush and allowed me to get in and out in record time. She was very kind when I told her I am likely to faint due to fainting in the past and was very comforting. I am surprised to see a place people go for shots having high reviews but I understand it. Thanks a ton!”

“The ladies that helped me out at this Lab were very professional, friendly, and comforting. I had a Cuesta Phlebotomy Student perform my draw and she did great and everything was smooth sailing. I went around 4pm on a Monday, and although there were about 3 patients ahead of me, the wait time was less than 15 minutes and the waiting room was pleasant with a coffee/water bar that offered various complimentary treats and juices. Great experience, will continue using this Lab as long as I am in the area.”

“The staff are always so kind at this location! They do a great job with blood draws. I have tiny deep veins, and I've had times where other labs had to have 3 people try to do the draw. Usually the other labs have to use butterfly needles, and the Sierra Vista Hospital lab had 4 nurses try and eventually go into my hand because they couldn't get it. This lab somehow managed to get 3 draws out of the same arm, and 1 out of my other arm. They are covid safe, with everyone wearing masks and the chairs spaced out. I'm so grateful we have this location in Nipomo because it makes it very convenient to get labwork done. My only wish is that they had free Wifi because if you have to have the 3 hour blood test, it can be a LONG wait without internet. Definitely recommend going here for any labwork you need, they do a wonderful job.”
“I recently had to have bloodwork twice. I went to the PDL facility at Sansum 317 Pueblo street in Santa Barbara. Each time I was taken care of within 5 minutes ( I did go mid morning once and early afternoon the 2nd time ) when it was non crowded as it tends to be in the early morning.Receptionists were professional and friendly. I was so lucky to have Marivel take my blood both times, she is a marvel with that needle ! Don't feel a thing, no prick, no sting, no bruising...Kudos to her, I don't want anyone else from now on ! I will ask for her by name in the future .”
