What a great business to work with! Tony, Brandy & the Team were so personable, kind, patient with all our questions, and knowledgeable! From trying out mattresses to the day of delivery they were the best. We love our new mattresses (we bought two) and loved our experience with the Mattress Outlet! We even got a thank you card in the mail--yeah, the old-fashioned way. Now that's good customer service! Even after having our mattresses they're just a phone call away to answer all our questions, and no stinking A.I. to deal with. My boyfriend and I have been going through a massive pain in the butt ordeal finding the right combo of mattress, foundation and bed frame online. We found the right mattress and frame finally. After 3 foundations that just didn't cut it, we decided to go local. I am so happy we did! As soon as my SO and I walked in, we saw the sign, "Nap time is my happy hour." We knew we were at the right place! Brandy was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and was quick to greet us. We were in and out pretty quick and we are getting what we wanted at a better price than compared to other places and online. They are also helping with taking away the old mattress we had while delivering exactly what we wanted!

We were looking to buy a new mattress with quality back support. Brandy was very helpful and we ended up purchasing a mattress that day. They were able to order and deliver within the week and took our old mattress away. I would definitely recommend Mattress Outlet. G
