My husband and I had the BEST experience with Loker Law and Matthew Loker! I was dealing with potential identity theft of my young daughters and he was quick to respond to my inquiries, held my hand through the process, and made me feel completely at ease. While I am fortunate enough to have not needed Matt or his firm's services personally, I did experience first hand what kind of attorney Matt is during my time as one of his students. He is engaged, passionate about his work, and always responsive and happy to answer questions. Matt Loker and his team were amazing. They helped me with my case, and we got an extremely satisfactory result. They are always responsive, will answer any questions you have, and talk you through the entire process of your case. They listened and helped me when most other avenues I pursued did not. I was extremely lucky to find them, and owe them a lot!

I received a bogus letter from a Tire Leasing Company's (Florida) Collection Agency (Wisconsin) at my home in California saying I owed them $2K+. I called and told them it wasn't my debt. They did not have my signature on any doc's, just other people signing or initialing for me. At any rate, I called my Company's Employee Assistance Program for the name of an attorney just to discuss if I needed an attorney and the person referred to me in Florida said I did, but she wouldn't take the case due to logistics.I then called my friend who is an attorney in the SF Bay Area and she kindly referred me to Loker Law. I was happy to work with Matthew Loker, who called me within a few days and told me what he needed from me. It took me a bit to provide all things asked for and Matthew forwarded to the collection agency along with a legal letter. I'm so happy to say, I finally received a letter from the collection agency saying I had a "0" balance!! Whoot Whoot!I wasted a few months with this hanging over my head due to other things going on in my life, and if I would have known to contact Loker Law, it could have been taken care of within a few weeks. I feel so relieved and yes, it's annoying that I had to spend any time fighting a charge that was never mine to begin with, but it seems to be the way of the world, and it doesn't just go away.
