For delivery drivers with semi truck don’t take exit 182. Other wise you have to make a elbow turn to enter in fecilty very hard.If you come through another side that route is good.you can enter straight into fecilty.Fast unloading and paper work.Enough space for parking and backup.Thanks

Used the dog wash in Nipomo for my 2 small dogs. Really well organized! They have everything you need including choice of shampoos, towels and aprons. I’ll be back to do this again.

Walked into the Lemos in SM @ 5:00pm, checked the washing bays (2 of the 3 bays occupied with dog washing). Walked to the front to pay & was told by young woman @ cash register they were closed for dog washing. Clock had just ticked 5:01pm and asked if we could get in & wash him quickly. Nope. Turned around & walked out & won’t go back.

Lemos has been in our city forever. It’s the place to go for all your pet needs. I just have a small dog. I bought ear drops for him and he got better. Saved me so much money and hassle not having to go to the Vet. I would have in a heartbeat but not unless I have to. They are very Community minded. They donated parade numbers for the Harvest Parade. Lemos is like having your own personal pet advisor.

Super disappointed with both this location and the SLO location. They really don't understand how important our pets are nor do they care. When someone chooses to shop small business (even though it's more expensive than ordering on line and takes longer) at least act like you care when you mess up or can't get a product for 2 weeks! I have exotic cats and can not and will not give them just anything. Have the courtesy to call a customer or even apologize when you've ordered the wrong item..... two separate locations, 2 separate incidents and not as much as an apology! This is why small business' suffer! I was willing to order, wait and pay more to support my community. Very disappointing!
