Toyota 4Runner was making an odd noise when decelerating.
I walked in to their office at around 8:30 AM. They said they could take a look at it that same day. That was a nice surprise as another mechanic I spoke to was booked for another week. I was only hoping to get it diagnosed that day to figure out if driving the car in that state was not a good idea.
By 11AM, the mechanic called me back with a description of the issue. Oil pressure sensor was leaking oil and as a result, the engine was low on oil. He quoted me a fantastic price and said he could get the work done that day.
By 1 PM, he called me back and said the work was done.
On the way home, I confirmed, the noise was gone.
Outstanding service from start to finish.

Highly recommend! Being from out of state for a visit it’s a little nerve wracking to know where to take your vehicle. I was in need of new breaks and rotors and I’m so happy I stopped by JB’s. Not only was the price competitive, Joe and the staff were helpful and their customer service was outstanding!

I am so grateful to Joe. My car suddenly stopped accelerating on the hwy. I Had to coast off to Traffic St in AG. Thank goodness I found JB Auto nearby. I left my car by them, left a message why. The next a.m. Joe called me, told me he could look at my car. He was able to diagnose it and fix it that day. He was so kind and professional. I SO appreciate the promt attention and resolution he provided. The Autoshop is super charming too. Thank you Joe and Team!

Had a small cosmetic issue, came in and was seen right away. They said it might be a costly repair but might be able to sort it out quickly with a quick repair. Took 15 mins and the issue was resolved. They also gave me a quote if the quick fix didn’t work out, so I could come back later. I asked yo pay them for their time, and they didn’t want payment for such a quick fix. Highly recommend.
