This market charged me for bags when I was paying with EBT. The worker said they were out of paper bags, so he said he had to charge me for the plastic bag when bags are included when paying with EBT. On the receipt it doesn't show a charge for a bag but it shows "Apparel N, 40% PCR $0.15." Looks like shenanigans

I give the store 3 stars for the prices. However, make sure you check the expiration dates on the food items you purchase. I have been a customer of this store for a long time and still get treated like a stranger. Not even a thank you, and a few of the employees are a little weird. I do like the prices and will continue to shop here.
