I've been here a few times, and they have always done a decent job. They've always been on the pricier end, but last time I went it was much pricier than I recall. A gel manicure was $55 and she said it was pricier because they put a protective coat on to protect my nails. I was tempted to leave but since I was already there I said fine. It made my nails look much thicker if that makes sense, like a buildup of polish. This was the only gel option they had. I went to a different nail salon to remove the gel a couple weeks later, and all of the nail technicians were surprised that I had a thick layer of gel builder on. They said this was not on to protect my nails, and we're surprised to find that a nail salon would offer this as their gel manicure. I was there an extra 20 minutes and they had to take different tools to peel the thick buildup of gel off of my nails. Prior to this experience I had always had a decent experience at Golden nails but I won't return.

Great place. They have redone the shop since the last time I was in and it looks beautiful. We got pedicures and they did a great job. A little pricey but worth it.

This was a great experience for me, I went with a friend who had gone a couple times and recommended golden nails when I asked where she got them done. The service was amazing everybody was super sweet and patient, also they want you to love your nails so don't hesitate to ask for small details you want. I love how my nails came out and I was so thankful for the patience and help I got in response to any questions or requests I had. The price range is definitely in the average range for nails so I was more than happy with that as well. The last thing is I was told if I found any problems or didn't end up liking them I can come back in and get them fixed up, I had no need and loved my nails but that was definitely appreciated :)).
Requested style: I was able to come in with a picture I found online as inspo for the nails I wanted and show them. I was helped when picking out my color and my shape so that they could look just like the picture. My nails were spot on and better than I was hoping them to be. I've definitely had experiences where I wasn't happy with the end result when I showed them a reference photo and so I always expect nails to be a little bit off or not at good.I was happily surprised with my results.
Cleanliness: The inside is beautiful and doesn't have a super strong nail smell which is so appreciated because some people can be sensitive to the smell of the chemicals. The bathroom was also in very nice condition, super clean, simple, and was well maintained. The chairs are comfortable and clean as well there was nothing that got on my clothes at all.
Stylist: I would recommend asking for Nina, she does such an amazing job and is so sweet. She did my nails perfectly and fixed anything I was concerned about made sure I got what I wanted. :)

I have gone here a few times and been very happy with the results. My last visit, however, I ended up leaving with a chemical burn on the top of my foot.
The nail technician scrubbed both the tops and bottoms of my feet with a nail brush, and then proceeded to apply the clear gel callous remover on the bottoms as well as the top of my left foot (by accident?). It immediately started to burn, so I let her know. She ended up wiping it with the same hand she applied it with, essentially just smearing it more. It kept burning, so I again let her know. She proceeded to take a spray bottle of what I believe was rubbing alcohol, and sprayed the area several times. This only made it worse.
I ended up leaving with a red, raised angry rash on the top of my foot that is still healing four days later.

I recently visited this nail salon and had an incredible experience! Nina did an impeccable job on my manicure; she was not only skilled but also incredibly kind. I showed her a photo of what I wanted, chose my colors, and she worked her magic flawlessly. My nails looked stunning! However, the only thing that surprised me was that I didn't receive a hand massage or a full manicure with cuticles removed, just the nails. It could have been my fault for not explaining that was what I wanted; I simply assumed that was what a "manicure" entailed. Similarly, the pedicure, while beautifully done by Wendy, lacked much of a massage. Nevertheless, the hot wax used during the pedicure was incredibly relaxing, adding an extra touch of luxury to the experience. One suggestion for improvement would be to offer guests a drink while they are there; it would have been a nice touch to enhance the overall experience. Despite these minor drawbacks, I highly recommend Nina and Wendy; they truly excel at what they do. I believe they still deserve 65 stars because it’s hard to find a great nail salon now a days. I'll definitely be returning for more pampering sessions!

I always hate to dock stars but I left a little frustrated after coming here and was bummed that I didn't get the experience that so many other reviewers had shared. I was a walk-in on what looked like a fairly slow weekday morning and I requested dip nails with French tips. I was told there would be a short wait of about 15 minutes, which seemed completely reasonable, so I booked my name and number with the receptionist and went to my car to wait. After 15, I came back in and was shown to my nail tech's station pretty quickly - so far so good! I believe she was an owner or possible manager, since she was directing the receptionist during my visit, but unfortunately I never got her name. I just assumed she wasn't a chatty tech, which is not my usual experience but, to each their own. She was all business as she confirmed with me that she would be doing "dip nails with tips", and I pulled up a picture to show her how I had last had them done with this method. It's important to clarify this was a picture of my own hands- not an inspo pic from IG or something. She proceeds to prep my nails with the bare minimum of filing (less than 10 seconds for both hands) and no cuticle prep, after which she gets up to go help the staff move and place a shelving unit for about 5 minutes. I'm just sitting at this point, trying to be patient and she makes no comment about excusing herself or being right back- I guess I was supposed to know and be fine with it? When she gets back, she immediately starts gluing tips and cutting them down to the length and rough shape I asked for, and I share with her that the prep part is super important to me, and ask her to please prep near my cuticles better. She says "oh, I already did enough, see?" and points to the rough file of my nail beds. It's starting to go downhill here- but I always feel badly about complaining so I just shrug and say, "oh, ok". Then, she pulls out her brush and acrylic powder jar which is very surprising to me. So, I stopped her and said, "wait, I thought we were going to do dip nails like I asked for?" To which she responds "oh, this is the same, don't worry- I did the tips and anyway, this will last longer for you than dip. I can't do dip with these tips. I'll just make the acrylic thin like the dip, you'll see." I was so taken aback, I didn't even know how to respond! So, I did something I regret- I said, "ok, well if it's too late and you can't do it, I guess acrylic is fine." And I shouldn't have; but that's why they even still get a couple stars- by not pushing back, I enabled her to proceed with something I didn't want. Overall, the nails are OK...but definitely thicker looking and completely different than a dip set would have been. The worst part is, she also charged me MORE than the price of what I originally asked for, and I still of course tipped her $10 for the job that she did. I'm frustrated that she didn't actually consult with me before deciding to do a completely different process than requested & I paid more for a service I didn't ask for. What was the point of verbally confirming with me that she would be doing dips with tips if she didn't intend to actually do it? I won't make the same mistake twice and will definitely not be coming here again. Did I get a set of nails done? Yes. Did I get what I want? Not even close.

Had a reservation for two. They started me, then my daughter had to wait about 10 minutes. No conversation, no ambiance. Good pedi, though.
