She answered the phone even though she was closed today and I’m grateful for that, but she was also very patient and sympathetic to my situation. Wish there was a 10 star option. Cannot rate this service high enough. Had a complicated VIN verification, title reissue, and new registration situation. Absolutely the greatest. Came to my location. Inspected the vehicle for necessary DMV authentication. Outstanding knowledge, professionalism, and communication made my experience over the top.

Spent almost an hour trying to figure out a salvaged title registration and paid all the fees only to find out that it was processed incorrectly. After 2 hours at DMV, the paperwork was processed. It took 3 times in line and a supervisor to redo what Gold Coast Express had done. I called Carol at Gold Coast express to express my frustration and request a “partial” refund but she was set and determined that it was not possible. She took it as a learning experience for her. To me, it was a waste of time and money.

After trying to get a title transfer/expired registration dealt with using DMV various on-line 'services', and being unable to schedule with local DMV, I found this gem. Carol cleared it up and handed me a registration and tag in 15 minutes. No waiting in line. What a great experience. It's nice to have your expectations exceeded. I really had no idea this service was available. Well worth the reasonable cost.
