I rented a unit here for almost a year and had no issues or complaints. Staff is respectful and kind. Was easy to set up and pay online so I didn't have to worry about missing a payment

Th is place is fantastic!! Super clean excellent employees , excellent customer service, and they have the sweetest dog ever!!! I highly recommend this storage place !!! We have 3 units here... very clean and well maintained !!

Anytime I've needed a storage unit I've always gone to Fortress. While they're a little more pricey than other storage places, they are secure and upfront with fees and/or additional costs. The lady at the front desk is so friendly and accommodating and easy to work with.
