Every time I've called with an issue with one of my pets they never have same day or next day appointments and refer me to the very expensive hospital. The office staff are not very friendly either.

The office staff is always polite and helpful. The Vet Techs are very knowledgeable and accommodating. Dr. Berg goes above and beyond helping me understand my cats condition. He was very kind in calling me after hours to answer some concerning questions I had. I felt so much better after I talked to him. He is well educated.

Being new to the area, I did not have a vet. I read online reviews for Five Cities Vet and they were all great reviews. Took my dog in last week. Excellent service, great staff & Dr Berg was wonderful. Everyone was very caring and very kind to my dog! I am VERY glad I came here & will continue to bring my dog here.

They are caring and compassionate vets for my 2 cats. They always call or message to check in on my cats after a visit or vaccine. They are open on Saturday mornings which is also helpful. Rates are reasonable. I know they also work with community organizations like Feline Network- donating services- which I think further shows their care and commitment. Highly recommend.

We have a cat with several medical issues and we were seeing another vet in town. Switching to Five Cities was a wise choice. The staff is friendly and attentive with our concerns. Dr Kimberly Berg took the time to analyze his problems and come up with a plan for his care. We are in good hands.

My dog had a fractured tooth from gnawing too hard on hard toys and he had to get a tooth removed. Dr berg and the staff were both very professional and informative with great detail which made me feel more confident of the getting the surgery done for the dog. They were also great in calling me during the procedure with letting me know if they are going to take out a tooth and overall let me know how my dog was doing. I was also shown pictures by the Dr to see how the operation went and just loved how I was involved in the process and how it helped me get a better understanding of what was going on. Prices are also reasonable and they did an excellent job with the dental cleaning. No tartar in sight! Thank you Dr berg and the staff

I like my doctors at Five Cities Vet! They listen to you and I have always been able to get my dogs into see them without issue. I can get a hold of them through an app, text, or phone call.

Dr Berg and his staff are outstanding. We have had wonderful experiences with them with our dogs. They are attentive and very patient. We feel very comfortable asking questions and appreciate the informed and detailed feedback. The whole team goes above and beyond.

Awesome Veterinary!! When my dogs run to go in the door I know it's good! If I have to drag on the leash I won't go. Dr. Berg and staff were wonderful!! Explained everything to us, presented fees ahead of anything!! Definitely a keeper!!

We had to take one of our fur babies in to have his teeth cleaned, had a couple of extractions, and had to have a lump removed. They staff was friendly and professional. The doctor is so kind and was patient and thorough. He laid out options, gave his recommendations, and let us decide how to proceed. They were very well priced! Actually, I thought it would have more expensive so when they gave me the price, I was pleasantly surprised. Only downside: they're parking situation is tough but totally doable.

They we able to get me in the next day after calling. I did wait 35mins before being be able to talk to the dr. They were very busy. Staff and Dr. were nice and the tech called the next day to check on my cat. He received vaccines and a flea prescription.

I have a 75 lb rescue pit with a nervous disposition. Five Cities Vet has been extremely patient and gracious with him and I am so happy to have found a vet that is willing to take the time to work with my pup to make him as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend. Haven’t found the pricing to be out of line with other vets I’ve been to.
