Mark and Aymee helped us immensely over the course of a few years. We were on and off with house hunting and they have always been incredibly patient, provided detailed explanations, and were always willing to sit down on talk numbers and other practicalities however many times we wanted. Their approach wasn't a hard sell -- but rather an informative, helpful and thorough approach. Further, they truly understand first time home buyers and are happy to explain and answer whatever questions that come up. So many lenders rush through the process and wind up leaving one with more questions than when they started. Not so with Equity Reach. Additionally they are extremely knowledgeable of the central coast area and provide much more insight than your typical lender, from recommendations for vendors to potential pitfalls you might not be aware of with certain areas. If you are not totally satisfied with the lenders you are speaking with, give Equity Reach a call!

Wow! I have worked with this company in a couple of different capacities. The first being for a mortgage. This was my third time purchasing a home and it was by far the easiest process and most transparent. After some time I returned to Equity Reach looking for a solution and was presented with so many amazing opportunities to establish generational wealth and ultimately change my life. Equity Reach does more than mortgages. They also offer Franchise Solutions. I have now been operating my franchise for 9 months and could not be more grateful that I was given the opportunity to work with Mark and Aymee. My experience with Equity Reach was one of excellent customer service. It was so nice to call their office and have Aymee personally answer the phone instead of having to listen through automated voice prompts. She was so helpful and assessable in answering my multiple questions and assisting me on how to retrieve what was needed in applying for our loan. Can’t recommend enough! We really wanted to move but felt overwhelmed by what we would be able to afford and what options we had. I am so thankful we ran into Harry at an open house.
