They assured me my deceased sons' money and account was safe during probate in which I'm administer, I was assured by the district manager that the complete computer search couldn't find any beneficiary , I was assured the account would have a hold on it. I warned the district manager about a person that may try and take his money . It happened ! they gave 26 thousand dollars to this person that brought in forged paper work and this was not a spouse .The papers she showed them had never been in the bank system . Now the district manager left me a phone message not to pursue this case because the proper paperwork is in order. It is not in order and I now have copies of the Paper work that they accepted , shame on them , they are not trustworthy . I'm going to sue them. You don't bank amount friends! Not only that V.the district manager refuses to give me any information unless I get a subpoena or court order. She knows they messed up, they think I'm going to forget about this ,not a chance .Even with letters signed by the judge this bank will not give me his checking account statements. Be careful dealing with this bank , the people working here are rude and incompetent. I would give them a -100 but my finger hit the wrong amount of star's . I lost my only precious son and the grief is unbearable and they pull this!

I thought it was great to be in with a credit union. Not only did they decline my cards several times they don't even call to tell you why they're declining them they've made my banking hell last 4 months. So they offered to do an investigation and get back to me with the results. I said sure I'm telling the truth I would never have somebody do something like that if I was lying So on the date 18 I called the bank when I had the scammer on the phone as usual they're clueless they were not able to help they just said we'll go to your bank and let them know . I also contacted PayPal since they already debited my credit card to pay for a bill that was paid in monthly payments . PayPal didn't want to talk to me anymore after that they wanted to verify my identity they said they were going to send paperwork in the mail they wanted me to do a video for all I know they could have put it on a dating site . So I never get the letter they're sending me and then all of a sudden my bank sends me a note that They took every last penny of my social security I can't pay rent hot campaign my bills now They believe them over me they didn't even tell me they send me a letter I had a check out there they haven't returned my call apparently they're out it's against the law for PayPal to do that and it's against the law for any bank to take your Social Security I have the paperwork I was talking to the bank and PayPal on 1018 because they can't get their crap together don't put it on me they're going to court this is undoable and this isn't going to work

Rosa, Kendra and Ann were amazing! They went above and beyond to help us get our loan processed in a tight window of time. We appreciate their help so much and are so happy to bank with Coast Hills because of their help. We cannot recommend this branch enough!

If you're considering Coast Hills Credit Union for your banking needs, RUN AWAY! Having been part of a credit union for decades, I can't believe how horrible it is. Example: I set up auto-pay for THEIR own Visa card. It worked for one month. Imagine my surprise when I received a letter that I am LATE with payment and am now being charged a $10 fee. I called the number it said to call. The poor soul who answered, just as flummoxed as me, couldn't help, saying I needed to call customer service. Which is what I thought I was calling. All he could see were the three items I'd charged on it. Huh? I've left two messages on the bank manager's voicemail. Crickets. Since this far from my first experience with Coast Hills' dysfunctional banking system, I feel I have to cancel my Visa, dump the account altogether, and take my money elsewhere. I've been a member for 15 years. What a shame.

Been with this bank since I was 10 now 24 and haven't had this many problems until now. Very rude and and not really patient when you ask questions. You can hear it in their voice that they don't really want to take care of you as a customer and just want you off the phone as quick as possible. Definitely canceling as soon as the next business day arrives because they don't respect their customers.

If I could give this bank zero stars I would. This is not my first time dealing with CHCU. However, it is my first time dealing with them for a personal loan, and this experience was just as terrible as dealing with the business side of the bank. First, if you walk into a bank branch to make a payment on a loan and use your credit card, they take that card and walk away to charge the card. In the age we live in with identity theft and fraud running rampant, I cannot believe a bank would be so foolish and careless with their customers' information. This is a MAJOR fraud concern for me and should be to CHCU as well. I had a small loan for a car I bought for my son. It wasn't much but I put him on the loan with me in order to help build his credit. Since we got the loan, we kept getting letters saying they need proof of insurance. We would send (email) proof of insurance, but they kept claiming to have not received it. I got tired of it after 8 months of this nonsense so I decided to pay it off. I called, spoke to a human, and got the 10 day pay off. I called one week later to confirm they received the payment and to confirm the title had been released. They informed me that there was still a balance because they were charging me CPI for a "lapse in insurance". So we sent proof of insurance AGAIN. This was 6 weeks ago. Today I spoke to someone who says they have reviewed this case and decided the proof of insurance was insufficient and they would not reverse the charge or release the title. So I had to pay them even more money - money I did not actually owe them. I have already waited 6 weeks for a title they have been holding hostage and now I get to wait another 4 - 6 weeks. I cannot express enough how terrible this bank is. I will never, ever do business with them again. I tell everyone who will listen not to bank with them. This bank does not care about their customers. If you want a local bank, go to Community Bank. They are the absolute best and you'll be treated with care there.

I’ve had the pleasure of being assisted by Rosa Garcia many times. Her ability to adapt to all client needs makes being a member at COASTHILLS easy and enjoyable. When I asked about adjusting my car loan I was contacted immediately. Whenever I need information she has answers and I’m thankful.

I love this branch. Clean, organized and beautiful. Love the remodel and the branch manager Ann. She has helped make my banking easier and has taught me about all the great thing the credit union offers. She is amazing. I can feel the upbeat positive feeling she has created among her staff. I am so pleased. Highly recommend this branch.

This location has been my home bank for about 8 years, the first couple of years weren't great. Recently, the changes and staff have been so outstanding i felt the need to finally review. Thomas has been very informative with navigating online banking and answering any questions I've had about my accounts and security. You'll never see this place busy, staff is so quick and efficient. I remember having Lindsey help me while running around making sure I got out quick, but also keeping an eye on the 5 teller desks making sure they were helped and moving quickly as well.No reason to switch banks for me when its this convenient!
