“What a great experience! Not what you'd expect when you have 2 screws in your tire. I cautiously drove to Big Brand Tire & Service on Grand Avenue, hoping to get there before my tire fully deflated. Luckily, I made it, 30 minutes later my tire was repaired at NO cost! I never expected such polite, quick service for free. I highly recommend them and will be purchasing my tires from them in the future. Paula”

“If I can rename their business to 5-star Village Auto Services, I would. I called Jose and he got me in the next day. I told him that my engine light was on even after I had changed the spark plugs and the ignition coils. He was able to find that it was the fuel ignition. This was replaced and repaired in one day. I was able to drive my car and pass smog check. That's what I call excellent service! Thank you Jose and the 5-star mechanic team!”

“I had no idea Efi's Auto Repair existed until it showed up on Google maps, and it is just a 1/4 mile from my work. I took my car in for a check engine light caused by a large auto repair shop in San Luis Obispo. Efi was able to fix the problem in about an hour. I will definitely be back again for any auto repairs, and he also has fair pricing on smog tests.”

“I went by for a quick oil change and they were fantastic. They spotted my old air filters (which I was going to replace myself later in the day) and they let me know I needed new filters. Everything they checked, they let me know the result, and let me know the cost for them to do it. Most importantly, they didn't oversell anything or apply any pressure to purchase more services from them, they just let me know they could do it. They were very professional and helpful. I would recommend this location to a friend and I will definitely go back myself.”

“I used A RV Storage for my Airstream motorhome for over 3 and was above and beyond happy with how they managed everything from billing, maintenance of the grounds, and security. Julie is wonderful to work with and always makes sure that security is the priority. I was lucky to find a spot at their location and would definitely recommend them!”

“We took our Atlas to the Volkswagen dealership in Santa Maria, to fix a problem of the car shutting off at slow speeds and having to manually restart, they said they duplicated the problem, but could not fix anything because there were no codes showing. I then called Bavarian Auto Haus, and Ben was extremely helpful in researching my problem and concluded what the underlying cause may have been. We took the car to Bavarian Auto Haus, and they pulled out the part, and it didn't seem to look suspect, but, Ben suggested replacing it regardless, as all of the research was pointing to this problem. We had them replace the part, and the car is finally fixed and no longer showing that problem. The people who work at Bavarian Auto Haus were very professional, and dedicated to solving the problem with our car.”

“Absolutely the best car dealership service I have EVER experienced (and I'm 67 years old!)! Another dealership wanted to charge me 3-4 times what AG Chevy charged me ($150). "Junior" listened to everything I told him about the history of the problem(s) ... he accurately documented it ... and the problem(s) were fixed in just a couple of days! I cannot give a high enoough recommendation to the AG Chevy service department!!!”

“Had a tire rotation in cerritos and the tech did not tighten all the lug nuts. Stopped at ford dealer and they were too busy to help. The guys at Santa Maria tire took care of me immediately and torqued the lug nuts without a problem or charge. I would use them again.”

“I have a Volkswagen Touareg that needed a EGR valve replaced. I went to the shop and asked If they wanted to do the repair. He told me he didn't work on my model at all due to the fact that you need specific tools and he doesn't work on Volkswagen diesels period. He referred me to Bavarian auto who does work on Volkswagens. I appreciate their honesty.”

“I called Timo's on Wednesday to inquire about some Lexus parts for my wife's car and said I'd be in on Saturday. She had hit a road hazard in the dark on Hwy 1. The impact destroyed the driver side fog light and it's wiring to connect it, the plastic and fabric wheel well arch liners on the front and rear driver's side, and the front alloy wheel got scraped up badly. There was ZERO paint/body/mechanical/structural damage to the car. ZERO.When I arrived on Saturday morning, I spoke to Maribel at the front desk and said I needed some Lexus parts. She immediately said "Oh, you called a few days ago" and she reached over to a small file box on her desk and pulled out a sheet of paper (among the many pieces) and referenced the information from our call - I was blown away that she had recorded the info and kept it close. Maribel said yes, they have the car I need for parts in a nearby lot. She called a team member who came back about 30 minutes later with the car on a forklift and he set it down right near the office/entrance. I removed all the parts that I needed from the front area of the car and another team member had to return with a forklift to lift the rear of the car to get the remaining parts I needed - that process took probably 45 min. for someone to come and lift the rear of the car. The forklift driver removed the parts I needed in about 7-8 minutes. In total I paid $172 for all the parts I needed. The body shop wanted $4,500 to repair the car. Yes, you read that correctly, $4,500. I restored the car to original condition. The whole process took about 2.25 hours at Timo's with a lot of standing around and waiting for help to move the car around. They are busy and I understand. Was it worth it? HELL YES! Thank you Maribel and Timo's! I'll be back if I need more parts.”
