I woke up to a truck that wouldn't start. I determined the battery was bad, which came out of nowhere. Tim found a way to work me in with no notice late in the afternoon so I could get my truck back for the weekend. Much appreciated.

Arroyo Grande Chevrolet is the best dealership I have ever been to. Rigo provided me the perfect vehicle. I am 6’7” tall. The vehicle I came to see was a Toyota Corolla with low miles and an unbelievably low price. When I arrived at Arroyo Grande Chevrolet, I tried to fit in the vehicle, unsuccessfully. I didn’t plan on buying any of their other vehicles but Rigo showed me one of their recent model 2020 Chevrolet Equinox with about 54,000 miles on it. Rigo put the seat all the way back but I could barely reach the steering wheel. The Equinox was fully loaded with OnStar, rear view camera, lane departure, brake assist, and Stabilitrak. We took it for a test drive and I was sold.
The negotiation process and out the door price of the vehicle was very fair. I did have one hurdle to complete purchase. I told them that my mechanic would need to inspect the vehicle. In their paperwork, Rico in Finance included my request as a condition of purchase. I completed all paperwork, on the spot. Rico was like a concierge. The next day, he called my mechanic, and brought the vehicle over for inspection. My mechanic said the car was in perfect condition. That afternoon, Rico and Michael, came to my house with the vehicle and to collect my personal check for the total amount of the car.
That night, I noticed that vehicle control panel was telling me that the FOB battery was low and needed to be replaced. Also, I needed to find out where the key hole was located. The next day, I went back to Arroyo Grande Chevrolet and parked my car. Rigo immediately came out to greet me. He replaced the batteries on both key FOBs at no charge. He instructed me on how to remove the key hole cover. I asked about some of the other features of my car and Rigo hopped in the passenger side. We both sat in the front seat, as Rigo went over every feature of the vehicle.
The staff at Arroyo Grande Chevrolet gave me top notch service and the best customer service experience I have ever had. Thank you Rigo, Rico, and Arroyo Grande Chevrolet!!!

I really liked the teamwork at AG Chevy. Even if my 'sales' guy was busy, someone else immediately jumped in to make sure they could answer my questions or help me. Everyone that works there is helpful and very communicative. I would definitely recommend Arroyo Grande Chevy.

Everything about my experience was positive, which is not always the case with car dealers. Kevin Bumgartener, Sales Manager was responsive and honest. If Kevin wasn't available, Nathan Beebe assisted and was extremely professional. I would recommend them and work with them again.

Good experience turned horrible! They worked a deal with me. I procured all the necessary documentation for a cash offer. I was told several times things were ready for me on Friday. I procured a check, booked a train ride, etc. the day before I was going to pick up the vehicle, with zero communication, they told me the car was sold, sorry. No follow up to my emails after. I was pretty much ghosted. No communication on options for a down payment or if things were first come first serve.
I even gave them a week to follow up with other options and nothing. I don’t often review places, but this totally discourages me from working with them again.
