Absolutely the best car dealership service I have EVER experienced (and I'm 67 years old!)! Another dealership wanted to charge me 3-4 times what AG Chevy charged me ($150) for a couple of issues with my 2013 Volt. "Junior" listened to everything I told him about the history of the problem(s) ... he accurately documented it ... and the problem(s) were fixed in just a couple of days! I cannot give a high enough recommendation to the AG Chevy service department!!!

Promised completion in 7 hours. It took an additional day. We were never told vehicle would be sent out to other locations for repairs. We were never called with updates. We had to call & ask for service manager. When our vehicle was finally finished after 5pm on the second day, both service managers were no longer on site. No one could answer any questions. Vehicle was not cleaned. Cashier told us that was not part of service. We had to wait 15min for other vehicles to move before we could leave. Waiting room smelled of cigarettes Very uncomfortable Next Day:Called Service Department Problems resolved immediately by the Service Manager at no cost. Suggested further warranty work that we should get. Service Manager, Justin, was professional, helpful, & courteous.

After searching SLO county for the best dealer service center, I finally found it at Arroyo Grande Chevrolet. They are professional, trustworthy and a pleasure to deal with every time. If you are anywhere in SLO county bring your vehicle to AG Chevrolet, you will be very well taken care of.

What a Great Dealership. I have now found my goto Chevrolet dealer. I was in a bind. Changed the oil myself in my 2500HD Silverado and was unable to get the oil Filter off. I called Mike and he told me to bring it in the next day. I was in and out in less than an hour, and was treated like a regular customer, which I will be from now on. I am 70 and don't need to be doing this myself any longer. Especially since I now have a dealership I can depend on and feel comfortable with.

Great place for an oil change! It is less expensive than going to a chain location that tries to up-sell you on items you don't need. I can usually get an appointment within a day or two and it takes less than an hour. Not to mention my car usually comes back washed or vacuumed (time permitting). When I've needed more extensive work done they will pick me up or drop me off at work. Very convenient.
