Miner's Ace Hardware has wonderful, knowledgeable, and super helpful staff who are always friendly and eager to help. Employees are extremely organized and love to solve problems, often providing out-of-the-box solutions. They take time to search for items, help find suitable substitutes, and will either take customers directly to a product or give exact directions. If an employee does not know an answer, they will get an expert on the subject to assist. The garden staff is very knowledgeable and sensitive to price points. Staff have even offered to walk customers through projects step by step over the phone. The store has everything customers need, with excellent prices, making it a go-to place for all projects.
