“Had a torque converter assessment from another local truck repair service company. I didn't feel the estimate nor the service would be up to par with what I'd expect from a transmission company working on one of my box trucks out of my fleet. I took it to Scott Morimoto and he was patient with me and explanined that even though I only had 65K miles on my trany, by just replacing the torque converter something else could be wrong at any time....With this inforatmiion I couldn't risk my delivery truck being down so I went ahead and got a full transmission rebuild. Yep it cost a little more but Scott was the hero with his advice, service and knowledge. So glad I made the trip to Pajaro to find this great mechanic.”
