“I gave the wrong address for my package( didn’t include my apartment #) and got an email from the place I bought it from saying it failed delivery. Hopped onto the USPS website and inputted my tracking number to find out my package was “disposed” of. Looked through the website and filed a service request at around 11:00 p.m. All I could do was wait and see what would happen. Luckily, I received a call in the morning around 9 a.m. saying that they could hold my package for one day. Seeing as they open at 9:30, it’s amazing that they get their work started soon in the day. Overall, I received great service for something that was completely my fault. Shoutout to Ms. Rivera.”
“I didn't have an appointment but drove to get my passport. The clerk helped me anyway. I had all my paperwork and copies ready so all I did was take MT picture, pay and go. In and out in less than 15 minutes. Only negative is they didn't show me my picture before and I hate it!”

Constantly changing different carriers and still can't count on anyone of them getting packages delivered properly because it's to much out of their way to actually bring it to the house. Watsonville really fails at being a post office you can count on. It's really so sad and scary they can't be counted on so wrong.”
