They sometimes have trouble diagnosing problems. Seriously overtightened my oil filter. Just average level mechanics.

I literally just pulled in here because my van was overheating. Mr. Ramon stopped what he was doing to assess the situation. Upon assessing the situation, he added antifreeze and instructed me on how to navigate moving forward. After he quickly helped me, I asked him how much it would be, to which he replied “nothing, just keep an eye on it.” This type of customer service is on matched - For a business owner to stop to help a complete stranger free of charge! This is exactly the type of establishment I want to give my money to. I will 1000% be back. Thank you Mr. Ramon!

This is absolutely the best auto repair shop I have ever gone to! I have been going there for years. They are honest, fair, fast and thorough. Yesterday they prepared my car for a 1,000+ mile road trip, traveling solo. It runs like a top now. I feel safe and protected. They truly care, what a rare find! I recommend them highly.

Ramon is my go to guy for my Ford. He really goes out of his way to make getting my car repair easy and affordable. I have been using Ramon since he worked at Marty Franich in Watsonville and once he left that place was never the same. I found out he has his own shop so now I will never go anywhere else.

Smog was going to take 2 hours, and refused to do an older car. I miss Luis he was the best but the new owner is terrible.

Been going to this shop for year to get my cars smogged now with the new owner it was going to take 2 hours to get a smog and refused to do an older car. I miss Luis he was the best!!

We take all of our vehicles to Aromas Auto Repair. They are fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I trust them not to try to sell me a repair that I don't need, which I experienced at other shops. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good mechanic.
