I have dropped off pre-packaged and prepaid Amazon returns here many times and staff is always friendly and helpful. Very easy.

We don't have many places to take UPS packages in the area so this is a nice convenience if you have the need for it frequently as I do.

It's not a UPS Store. It's a UPS drop off location. You must print out your own label and put it on your package. They can't scan the QR codes. It's inside the Pharmacy a few doors down from Big Trees Market. Not next door.Amazon wants to charge to send a label. So choose the print label option or pay to have UPS pick up. If you choose the QR code option, you'll then have to call Amazon to change it and Amazon doesn't like to answer phone calls.
