My husband has been in the hospital for a few weeks. He usually checks the level of propane in the tank. The last few days its dipped down to the low 30's. Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend and the tank is empty. I called EPG and within minutes Rodney called me back and said he'd bring propane within the hour. He delivered and was nice enough to check all my pilot lights. What a lifesaver!!! Thanks for the excellent customer service Rodney!!!

We have been customers of EPG for over 20 years. On a few occasions we have had to call in for propane during the winter and it has never been in issue to get propane. We are located in Bear Valley where the roads are not plowed, Now we are told we will wait for over a month to get propane. meanwhile our entire house is cold, large window has broken and the excuse is that a company out of Chicago bought EPG and they cant do the same service. This is really a tragedy and our hands our tied without and propane, no hot showers, no ability to heat the house cook. it was a cold winter and the furnace ran higher than usual, the house was not used more than normal. Who is the fool in Chicago that is making the best winter in decades miserable for us

This review is so overdue, but we'll deserved. My husband built his house 30 years ago, and most of that time he has used EPG. This winter we had unusually colder than normal temps, and at a certain percentage, my husband will place an order. He placed his order and we were told 3 weeks later that they ran out of gas. Completely understandable. But Friday the next week we were down to 2 percent and we're unable to take long showers (I couldn't wash my hair ick!) we couldn't cook on our stove or use our heater. We were cold, dingy and miserable. While I was at work, I called and spoke to the manager, he was very kind and within 19 minutes, our tank was filled! Thank you to that kind manager, that driver who was so busy in our area, and thank you for all your employees who work so hard, even during extreme weather.

We had received the best service from Ebbetts Pass Gas company we ever had.When we arrived at night at our cabin, we found out that we ran out of gas. Heater, water heater, fireplaces as well as gas stove did not work.We submitted the request form on EPG website around 2 am without expecting anything. At the morning around 10 am the gas tank was full.Thanks a lot Mike and EPG for the great service!

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Male representative was aggressive and threatening to me. I’m scared to be home alone now when they come by. I can’t understand anyone in customer service being so aggressive and rude. They refuse to propane even though we are paid up just because we are on will call and won’t agree to them charging us unnecessarily.I posted this review on their Facebook page as well and they took it off!

Once a local owned company great and trusted now a corporate owned company and out the window with all I've tried for months to get a refund owed me and still I'm told we have no control here it's up to corporate too bad this was a good company!

We have been buying propane from Ebbetts Pass Gas for several years for our trailer which is at a RV Resort above Arnold, each time I'm asked about switching over to Ebbetts Pass Gas at our home in Rail Road Flat, at the end of last year we ran out of propane at home which was our fault but the company we had for over 15 years said it would be 10 days or more before they could get out. We decided to check out Ebbetts Pass Gas and to our surprise the price was much lower ( not a come on), everyone pays the same price. We switched to Ebbetts Pass Gas they were very considerate of our situation, we should have changed years ago.Thank You for helping us out.Jim Ditzler

Ebbetts Pass Gas installed our propane tank, gas line and furnace back in 2008. They did a fantastic job on the installation and have been super responsive when we have needed service on our furnace and gas dryer. We recently had to replace our dryer and they came out on time to re-jet our new dreyer for propane and even moved the old dryer into our storage room for us! We have also had work done by Ebbetts Pass Electric and they have done an amazing job of rewiring our cabin.
