Took our Jeep JKU to Tom to have the oil cooler replaced. Of course the entire manifold had to be removed to get to it! Tom replaced the stock plastic cooler (and sensors) with a new aluminum upgrade. We also had the spark plugs changed while they were at it. Fast, excellent service! We highly recommend Arnold Automotive and Tom for your auto service needs. So great to have such a reliable shop right down the road.

Wouldn't even look at my vehicle. He didn't like the sound and told me to leave. I was coming back from Murphys when my car all of a sudden made this loud sound, I came to him for help (with my kids in the car with me) and he told me to leave without even checking to see of it was safe to do so, turns out....IT WASN'T, barely made it home before it completely just died. THANKS FOR NOTHING!!

We were just passing thru after a 600 mile trip and the check engine light came on. The mechanic plugged in the diagnostic computer and quickly diagnosed the fuel problem. Re-set the code and we were on our way. Very nice folks to see us so quickly. 5 plus stars for service with a smile!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I stopped in without even having an appointment. I was in Arnold on a trip and four hours away from home. A piece of plastic from our car was damaged on the ride over and was hanging from our car, they took us right in and removed the piece at no charge. I could not be more thankful and couldn't believe they didn't charge us. Now we can drive home with peace of mind without an unexpected expense.

Top notch customer service from this business. An engine light popped on and of course, it was Friday afternoon. The owner told me to come down so they could check it out as I needed to leave town the next day. I appreciated their flexibility in seeing me so quickly and taking the time to give me knowledgeable, and reassuring advice. I made it home safely and I won't hesitate to take my car in again if needed.

I've been looking for a reliable local mechanic to work on my Jeep for over a year. I was relieved to find that Tom has experience with Jeep suspensions. Tom inspected my vehicle and came up with an easy solution to a clearance problem that I had for a long time. I really appreciate the extra time that he spent looking for alternate solutions. I also asked Tom to repair my failed windshield washers. Both of my new washer pumps failed from freezing during the winter. Shame on me for not adding the correct washer fluid on time. Tom kept me informed all throughout the repairs and explained the various alternatives. I am another happy customer that is glad to recommend Arnold Automotive to everyone!
