The kind and funny gentleman that helped me with my chair and finding items was one of those special people and he will keep customers coming back! Even carried it out to my car and loaded it. I will catch his name next time, to be certain and add it to my post.

We brought in two exterior paint chips and the guy at the paint counter (with the recently shaved beard) matched those 2 colors EXACTLY!
I have painted interiors and exteriors for more than 30 years, and I have never had a paint match so seamlessly as we received at this Ace.

One of my favorite hardware stores! Always super useful & fun stuff. Just wish they would keep up on restocking the shelves. However, if they are out of whatever I came for I never leave empty handed lol ?

Convenient store in Arnold. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Prices have gone up and stock can be iffy. Nice gift section.Good place to buy spring/summer plants.

It's a clean and organized store... small store in a small town... I'm very grateful for it.... The employees are probably my favorite thing about the store always helpful and always kind... We get A lot of out of town or so they don't always have what you need but that's when you come to expect in a small town.

I guess it's slim pickings on hiring good people at Arnold Ace. My hubby asked the two-toned haired cashier at the front if anyone was available to cut some water hose and the young guy told him to go back and wait. 20 minutes outside the building waiting and hubby saw the same guy walking around the store, giving him a smirk. So hubby walks to the front and said to Smirky Guy, " Hey, no one came back to help me." Smirky Guy says, We'll there's no one in the store available who knows anything about cutting hose." with his trademark snidley Smirk. Hubby said, well why'd ya bother sending me back there, if no one was available? Smirky guy doing the only thing he knows how to do Smirk and snidely say, " Hubby told him he was rude. Have a nice day" Lousy customer service. I guess he was bored and doing things to amuse himself on the timeclock. Seems. If there is a skeleton crew, they should be trained to know how to measure and use scissors to cut hose.
