This Walgreens could be better if they fix there 2 lines for the Drive Thru Right lane always not in service supposedly and they tell us after 10 15 minutes waiting like dumb assess. Put a sign not working or say something right away

Worst pharmacy. They took over 3 hours to give me my prescription and also they didn't explain how to take the prescription and I know per California law they have too. And if they are understaffed, we'll hire more.

Completely rude. Inaccurate wait times for any medications. The pharmacist staff is extremely rude and condescending when they've had people waiting over 2 hours when they were told to wait 20 minutes. The lines are ridiculously long and there's virtually no seating for individuals that can't stand for the long wait times. Two chairs is not enough for the amount of time in the amount of people they make wait. Extraordinarily unprofessional.

Pharmacy review only…Every time I call to check the status of my prescription the wait is over 10 minutes. Normally not an issue, some days are busier than others and I totally understand that. Tonight I call and figure the wait would be long since there were several people ahead of me in the queue. Over 6 times did the line ring (for nearly a minute each time) and every time the line was picked up and immediately put on hold; I figured they were busy attending to the drive thru or other people who were in store. After 25 minutes the call was ended by the pharmacy. ??

I love coming here for holiday and everyday treats. It's a drugstore,so they have toiletries and meds and makeup items as well .

Horrible service, the overcrowded pharmacy only serves one person, the line is always more than 10 people, six hours to prepare a prescription is worse than the third world

Diana in the pharmacy is incredibly helpful. Tony pharmacist I believe is great as well. Way better than rite aid and Costco!

Upon a thorough reflection and subsequent enlightenment, I realized the error in my initial perception, discovering that Harry's guidance was not only rooted in truth but delivered with utmost respect, empathy, and understanding. Maria's confirmation of these values only added to the commendable experience, underscoring the store's commitment to exceptional service and integrity. I extend my deepest apologies to Harry and Maria for the undue distress caused by my accusations and wish to express my sincere appreciation for their patience and exemplary demeanor during our interaction Their professionalism is a beacon of excellence in customer service, deserving of recognition and praise.

I come to this Walgreens later in the evening or for a last minute something since it’s the closest thing open 24hrs. I’ve been here plenty of times and can say the most caring genuine of their employees is a cashier who not only cares to ask how your day or night is but also remembers yours face and makes you feel welcomed at this store. While I waited in the line that seems to be a hit or miss because of staff shortage, I saw an employee who was so eager to ask about your day and knew so many of the customers checking out. Come to find out, she is well liked by many regulars, as I’ve walked in a few more times to the same environment. I know sometimes lines can get long but if management would work on better employee schedules to help this or hiring more people, the lines would run a little smoother. We all have a place to be or may be in a rush at times but don’t get mad at the cashier just trying to be nice and ask how someone is doing, because we never know how much that means in a strangers life. There are days we all need that…like me one day…when my card wasn’t working I got did the kindest and most unexpected thing from one of her customers…I say her customer because this lady and her were pretty friendly and seemed to know Maria the cashier, I come to find out that her customer was just like me, someone who appreciated the smile and warm conversation. That same customer paid for my things without hesitation as she was next in line and her and Maria just said…we know it happens at times. I was taken back but I felt blessed to have encountered both and it goes to show how one kind gesture like a hello or smile can trickle down to a stranger like myself. Good job Maria!

This location in Arleta Ca needs a security guard available on the grounds 24/7. We just witnessed, for a 2nd time, a different disheveled man walk out with 2 large bags full of store items without paying. The one girl at the counter was busy checking other customer’s items and would also have been no match for this smelly street crook. The INSIDE of the store is set up and kept nice, otherwise. Employees are all doing their job well. Clearly the owner(s) are irresponsible and do not truly care about their legitimate paying customer’s well-being. Not a recommended location for any reasonable customer safety. Too bad. It is a great and much needed location.
