I came in with some assorted boxes and envelopes unsure about the exact postage to use, and Marisa was so patient and helpful. She gave the best advice to spend less money and even let me use some tape to seal up my box. I've been to many other LA post office branches and never left feeling happier than when I went in. Marisa is a treasure!

There's a guy who works there that is miserable. I wish I can remember his name. The past few times I've been there, he's always rude or upset about something. Was there at 3:45 one day to drop off a package, he yelled through the glass and said they were closed. Ummmm nope you still have 15mins buddy. Todayyyy I tried dropping off packages that have been paid for. I tried to open the door where you drop off and it was locked. I asked him if I can drop off and he rudely said you have to wait in line. What the heck for?!?!? It's been paid for. Such a miserable person. If the line was too long to handle, ask for help. Obviously he can't work under pressure. He should be thankful for having job during these tough times. So many have lost their jobs and you have this rude a** treating people poorly. It's not ok! What a grinch.
