“I started going to House Automotive in 2022 when I purchased my Macan. I’ve been to them for a variety of services including regular oil/service/maintenance as well as replacing the brake pads and fluid. I was so happy with the service and they even returned my car to me washed and road ready. The office staff has been so great and easy to work with making the scheduling really easy and efficient. The mechanics did a great job and took the time to explain everything very clearly. They gave me a detailed breakdown and let me know what my next service would entail. “Recently I had an coolant leak on my 2008 buick Lecrosse which I totally restored. I do some mechanic work myself,but I could not find where this leak was coming from,because it would only leak once pressure built up.so,a friend of mine told me about carzone.i took it to them.Mr.Donald was very nice.based on where the leak was coming from,it took him a while to find it;however,he didn't stop until he did.he also found that my power steering pump which I had recently installed, wasn't pumping strong enough which was causing my steering to be hard in tight places.instead of putting all of the engine parts back,and having me to return and pay for more labor,he changed it in the process. They done a really good job on my car.there are no my leaks,and,my steering is much better.i strongly recommend carzone.”

“This is the only place for transmission work! I have been dealing with this shop for years and when my transmission started slipping, I had it towed over to Leon's with no hesitation. Chris was honest and straight to the point and the final price was what he quoted originally. He called with updates, tolerated and answered all my questions. He didn't try to upsell anything, even when i asked about upgrades he explained why it wasn't necessary to spend more money on more expensive parts. We need more shops run like this in SCV. “Deserve 0 stars I put 4 to get in the front of the line to warn consumers. Place is a full con business and they know how to talk you in and out and all round don't be fooled by charm. Took Prius in for misfire while the engine would make that horrible rumble clunking sound that it's notorious for and it could be the result of several possibilities but Joe just checked the spark plugs and coils and charged me 900+. I took the car home the next day the same problem and when I brought it back he said I never told him there was a horrible noise and continues on to say oh I know that noise it's might be the fuel injection...story tell for real. He told he was going to do diagnostic with computer that will check the, afterwards he tells the computer only test the head nothing else and the only way he knows what the problem is is if he hears the sound, what a joke. Then he tries to school me by seriously talking to me about the engine turning on in a hybrid system he tells me that's normal no s*** it's normal what's not normal is what my car is doing when I brought it into you and after I left. He's a hypocrite when I said I can't talk to you anymore we'll settle this in court he finally lost his cool and snapped and told me have a nice f***g day. What bottom feeding loser, he is very successful in terms of money but he is a bad person rotten human being good business man and he actually admitted that it wasn't the first time someone took him to court and it wouldn't be the last time so there you go and even said he personally loves going to court stay away from this place far far away it's just like any other mechanic I thought it was different if anybody knows of a good mechanic I still need my car fixed”

After searching for brick and mortar store prices near me for Nippon Denso ignition coils, they were really well priced priced, twenty-two percent cheaper or more better anywhere else in the San Fernando Valley and even Los Angeles. Within an hour they had five of them ready as promised. This is my new go to auto parts; I highly recommend them. Great store and nice crew there.”
“The serpentine belt blew out as we were leaving Southern California, causing a domino effect of issues in the car while on Interstate 5. Luckily this all happened right by the freeway exit and I was able to wrestle the car to the repair shop where the associates did an amazing repair. They were able to rush the parts we needed within an hour and get us on our way again. Great service and reasonable pricing.”
