He gave me all the information I needed and also helped me save a couple bucks by getting the exact size box I needed to send my niece and nephew some stuffed animals. This man needs a raise, amazing at his job and his energy is contagious!”
“This post office single-handedly revived my faith in USPS. Or, rather, my faith that trips to the post office can be pleasant. The two fellows that seem to be there most often are so effusively friendly and helpful! To the point where one of them, I believe his name is Jackie, got me something green to wear on Saint Patrick's Day so I wouldn't get pinched. We've since moved and I genuinely miss having those nice moments when I'd run errands. To those who can frequent this post office, please take some time to appreciate it!”

“Been going to this PO for over a dozen years. The employees are each, IMO, doing great at customer service. They can't control the aspects that people complain about re: this post office such as the parking, length of the line, etc. I've always felt cared for and respected there. “Best mailbox center for miles. Every time I come here the service is excellent. I needed to send a fax months ago and he did it for free without thinking twice. Old school style service. Very appreciated. Padded envelopes reasonably priced. Everything you need. I couldn't recommend a better place. A PLUS.”
“I stopped to get a money order. The line was short for once and I was happy because I thought my wait time wouldn't be long. I was wrong, it took forever and a long line built as I waited. Finally at my turn all I needed was a money order and had a debit card so exact change. The man behind the counter said Jesus Christ everybody today wants a money order. Despite my needing one minute after standing in line for 20 minutes.”
“This is my second time stopping by. The first one was not good at all. Probably it is because it's almost 5pm and they're closing soon. The male postal worker must be tired and he is not happy to answer inquiries. The second time, I came Friday afternoon. There was a line but it went fast. This lady named Sandra helped me to make the transaction easy. She explained to me in detail the differences regarding the amount of each mailing options. With that, it helped me a lot to decide. I agree with a fellow Yelper - Sandra has been a great. Recommended.”

“Other than having a very hard time finding this place, the service was great and the postal workers were friendly and helpful. I also came at noon, which isn't as busy a time. If you're trying to look for this place, it's behind the Amazon Fresh. I didn't know that there was a small mall in that corner.”

She followed us out of the post office. At this time, my pick ups include myself, accompanied by a short male Asian mixed guy smiling in the camera speaking a little Japanese with peppery hair. “I stopped by this USPS office to drop of an Amazon return. I been to the plaza this USPS office is in so many times but never knew there was a USPS here. I found parking easily since this office is in a plaza with many parking spots. When I walked inside the post office, there was no one in line so I was able to walk up and hand my package since everything was paid for already. I got my receipt and left, it was a simple and easy process.”
“This Post Office is located in a temporary building behind Paty's Restaurant. The gps addy is 4529 Clybourn Ave. The space is small but the employees are friendly & efficient. Local residents, biz & boxholders are extremely grateful for our small but mighty post office. But if you need something larger I suggest the PO on Hollywood Way.”

“Andy, the main guy at this location is so pleasant and so helpful. He helped me with my wedding invitations and made sure they get hand cancelled. He asked me to leave it and promised to do it that day, true enough he was able to do it and all my guests got their invitations without being torn or damaged by the post office machine. They do open kinda late (11am) but since it's less hectic here and Andy is so nice, I prefer going to this location, plus it's super close to where I live which makes it more convenient.”

“Since opening my online store , I have had no problems at all with my local post office and so long as none of my mail gets tampered with or stolen any more by the same thieves who pose as some kind of special cops lying about me to the post office workers so they can steal my mail and whatever money I should have through the mail coming via the post office ; so long as I receive all my mail from this point on I am giving a solid five star rating.....”
“My family and I visited this passport office on Monday 12th February, 2024. We arrived around 9.40 am. We were the 4th person in line. The first person had a passport appointment for 10.45 am. The other two were not passport stuff. I am a person who likes to ask questions which are relevant, each person I spoke with behind the counter were friendly. The renewal passport was for our lil one. I had filled out all the forms. Hubby had also made a Passport appointment online and paid for photo services as well, however as we had the time we decided to try the walk in. Walks ins was from 10 am - 11 am Mondays to Wednesdays, so we were early. Luis who attended to us was polite, helpful and very knowledgeable. I had made one error. I filled it over while he took out the pic of our lil one as Hubby went with him. The process was quick. For renewals, for minors, both parents must be present and have form of ID's. If for some reason a parent cannot accompany, you need to check out on the website or ask the office. Your Child original Birth Certificate is required, I tend to keep copies, so make a copy and also your child expired Passport. It has the option to expedite it. Your child documents will be returned to your address. Money order can be done right there as well which we did. I will definitely visit again, as we received great customer service.”

Victor was in contact with me while the package was missing and made sure everything was done to recover the parcel and keep me informed. “Waited in a very long line to inquire about sheet music I’d mailed to Australia that had been returned for no reason, tho’ it had correct postage. I was referred to a supervisor, for whom I waited at least another 20 mins. The Supervisor said I had to CALL customer service. What?! All I wanted was to remail music & get credit for the $9+ of postage I’d already paid! Pretty simple. So, he asked one of the postal clerks, who obviously had worked there a long time, and this person made it SO simple! He said there was already plenty of postage on the package and proceeded to simply prepare it to resend! So I’m very curious as to why I waited for a supervisor, who really didn’t have acceptable answers, nor could he do a thing!
Many thanks to Harry, I think it was, who knew the ropes, all answers, and could easily remedy the problem without much ado! Next time I come in, I’m waiting for Harry, period!”
