i come here often but the assistant manager or idk who she is speaks Spanish most of the time not trying to be racist or anything is very rude gives attitude when asking for a product. i asked her if they had a certain item in stock she said no i asked nicely if she can call the other stores to ask if item is on stock since they have all the codes and she said why does she have to call that was not her job todo when she's always done it!!!! they need to better up the customer service here very horrible experience

Every time I came into the store, Store owner or manager lady always looking at me like if I'm going to steal somethingshe makes it very obvious and makes you feel very uncomfortable. Anybody that is reading this post right now do not come to the store. Go to any other store that sells the same items. And you will get treated with respect, but not here. I don't know how this store is still in operation knowing how this store owner conducts her self with the general public. After being there 10 minutes I see she starts to mistreat her employees.

The Korean lady who I assume is the manager or store owner is outrageously rude to customers and employees. Shocking behavior that truly reflects ghettoness from her part. Spend your money somewhere else as you won't be able to shop comfortably and save yourself from hideous stares and treatment.

The manager Angela Choi gave us such a hard time just making an even exchange on a $160.00 jacket these was damaged bad customer service where she accused us of destroying the buttons then compared a jacket to a car I was just amazed and shocked then she started yelling because I told her how would you compare a jacket to a car she was upset I told her she had bad customer service and she told me I was a bad customer for what buying a $160.00 jacket and the buttons are falling apart and I got blamed for the missing buttons and them falling apart after 2 days of buying it… just WoW

Very nice people, shop in peace, very quietly I gotten 3 pairs of shoes Everything is so organized, and clean I got there soon as they opened so it was very nice to be the only one there Most definitely recommend They are very attentive

We got a $150.00 jacket here as a gift the jacket was bought on Saturday and when we tried it on Sunday one button was missing any the other button came off so we have the receipt try to do a exchange and the manager Helen from sun valley ok go to Arleta and they have the size there and apologized for the inconvenience we get to Arleta I notice the manager there was upset her name was Angela Choi she accused us of breaking the jacket and I told her why would we do that we paid $150.00 for this jacket why would we do that she's really getting upset then she compared our situation to buying a car and I told her there is no way you can compare buying a car and a jacket then she got even more upset then she ripped my reciept and I told her what are you doing that is mine she said not anymore so I said this is really bad customer service and she told me by yelling at me that I was a bad customer smh I don't understand why really why

I still feel unsafe being here. Although they didn't have the style I was looking for. I did manage to find 5 tshirts & 2 of them were on sale. The interaction with the employee was very helpful. 01/05/24 01/22/23 last time I came here

Best local clothing store I can find. Size is appropriate and sevice is nice. It is not easy to find mens clothing shop that has plenty quality and quantity item in one shop. Good that I found this shop and willing to shop often more.
