Cute clothing and shoes but -- Beware of the sizing - they use Asian sizing, not US sizing. All the clothing sizes are smaller by thre whole sizes.

The manager is very rude. She was racial profiling my mother while shopping. I have over heard her disrespect her workers. Although they made the store look nice, it appears that she keeps eyeing down anyone who looks anything but white. I usually love the store but more recently the manager has been ruining my experience here at the store. I do not recommend coming here, unless you want to be mistreated and feel uncomfortable when shopping.

Very rude staff, they do not allow customers to browse comfortably as my mom kept being followed and I was kicked out due to my service animal. Not to mention there are no signs on this store stating this wasn't allowed.

I honestly love this store. Similar to Boomy but they actually let you try clothes on! Store is always clean and organized, great deals. Sure the clothes aren't great quality but you get what you pay for. Service has always been good too.

Fat shaming people is not acceptable at all !! how are you ganna fat shame someone at a plus size store ! Not just that but in general also coming from a manager, which you're supposed to set an example for your employees! I believe her name is Sharon or Sheeran Asian lady super rude, and was instantly looking at me with disgust and making me feel very uncomfortable, so I had gone up to her to ask if the fitting rooms were open and she responded with "yes but that's not gonna fit you It's not a stretchy material" like what kind of person are you to tell somebody what will not fit them because of their size and she also adds on "if you rip it you buy" like what the actual fuck that is so rude and uncalled for and then she just stand next to the fitting rooms waiting for me to get out to see if anything I tried on was ripped never shopping here again and I hope no one else does or go through this horrible experience. 0 stars if I could !!!

Used to come here all the time but nowadays I can never find anything worth the price. On top of the quality and price difference the staff here acts like you're going to run out the door trying to steal something like ... wtf? Weird vibes. Not worth it.

This lady has her business hours from 10-8 and she NEVER opens on time. To top it off she still takes forever to let customers in when she finally arrives to the store. If you don't want to sell then why even have a business open?

Very disappointed. Some of their clothes were very cute and good customer service unfortunately they don't properly communicate with their staff or lack training. Their dressing rooms are not open (I understand Covid but many places allow that now) and so the girl working there at the time of my purchase told me fitting rooms were not open but I had 10 days to return and get a full refund or store credit after that. She said it with such conviction I trusted that and purchased two pants. I came back today to return to find out that that is NOT their policy and they only do exchanges or store credit. When I asked if I could speak to a manger or at least get store credit the cashier ran to the back to let the Manger know and she sent her back letting me know to wait till she was back. Which would be about 20 minutes. The cashier wanted to be helpful and asked me who misinformed me but they did nothing to try to correct THEIR mistake. Unfortunately never coming here again. Of it doesn't fit well or work out , your money goes to waste.

Fav place to shop now ! All those Instagram boutiques have the same clothes they have here for way more super over priced plus you gotta wait to receive your packages & pay extra for shipping if you live in the neighborhood definitely check this place out they have everything the Instagram boutiques have for less !! Also they're doing exchanges if something doesn't fit only on accessories not !

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! The manager/ owner lady will not return your money, she will force you to exchange it for something else whether you like it or not. Super greedy all she wants is to keep your money. I prefer Q fashion anyway, lower prices for the same clothes. Also, there's no sign that says no return of money, the only sign is behind her head when she stands at the cash register, very sneaky.

The absolute worst place to shop. They might have cute clothes sometimes but when you realize who you're giving your money to you will regret it. The owner is the rudest of them all along with all the managers. They treat their employees bad and don't allow them to provide good customer service. Use to love shopping here until i started feeling uncomfortable because they just watch your every move assuming you're going to steal.
