Friendly staff but feels it is understaffed or something like that. Long lines and very slow check out at the cashiers.

Jearim is a rock star! Helped me out with my Xbox controller issue, and was super kind. We talked about being a parent, and it didn't feel like I was a customer for a while, which was so nice. I've been to a few other locations, but I think this one will be my GameStop from now on.
